"There is nothing boutique about this hotel. Location: It's right next to the footsal field that people play until late at night and the opposite site is a temple. Very noisy. The bathroom is old and tiles was dirty. Sheets and towels are old and yellow. AC unit outside is very loud. No side bed lamp. I got bed bugs bite all over."

"Good afternoon! I'm currently vacationing in Pattaya. The Mera Mara Hotel is a 4-star hotel in Pattaya. We arrived on March 11, 2025. We checked in and everything was fine. Today, after 11 a.m., we went for a walk around the city. We returned from our walk in the evening. We went to our room and discovered that the safe was open. Our passports were, thank God, still there, but $600 was missing. We immediately went to reception. They're sorry, of course, but we're not above it. We'll contact anyone. We've gone to the police to file a report. Under no circumstances should you stay at this hotel. Run as far as possible from it. They're not resolving the problem. We have no idea what to do now. We're staying until May 26, 2025. Russian cards aren't working. We have no money. It's absolutely terrible."
