My first trip to Utsunomiya. The hotel is right in front of the Romantic Village, so it is close to tourist spots such as Wakatake no Mori and Otani Museum, as well as the Romantic Village, and is in a good location if you have a car. The hotel is clean, and there is a small shop where you can buy alcohol and snacks to enjoy in the lobby. Free coffee, instant tea, and black tea are available in the lobby. The room is small, but the space is well utilized, so there is a sofa, which is nice. There is no bathtub. This was my first time staying at this type of Marriott, and it was great considering the price and location.

It was a reservation on the day, so it was not a main building but a stay at an annex a little far away. The main building is a common business hotel, but the annex is not a business hotel with a feeling of renovating the apartment. I was worried about the smell of less 々 because the kitchen and bedroom are in the same space (so-called one room in the apartment). Also, there is a veranda, but there is only a fence of height that can easily invade, so there is less 々 security anxiety. I thought it was dangerous to leave the window open.

The hotel is a very nice hotel, a very nice hotel and a very nice hotel.
The staff is also very pleasant despite our approximate Japanese they have done everything they can to get to understand each other and to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
However, two minor problems occurred during the stay:
- The container is little isolated, which makes the air conditioned must work all the time so that the temperature remains pleasant.
- The terrain is located next to a metro line outside and unfortunately we hear it quite strongly in the rooms
The two concerns we have met may not be, because if you leave the heating no problem of comfort and if you sleep between midnight and 6:00 a.m. the train will not bother you.
I am still happy with this hotel that has responded to my expectations.

Good service Chinese can communicate nearby. Almost all the convenient things are bought. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. One person lives in the room. The double bed is very comfortable. Disadvantages. The elevator only has one space. It is a bit small. There may be a long time.

It is about 3 minutes walk from Utsunomiya Station. It was close, so I was grateful to come back tired from sightseeing.
The room was clean. Some of the wallpaper was light blue and cute.
Amenities were minimal but sufficient.
I thought the free breakfast was amazing even though it was rich in variety and free.
There was also a water confectionery unique to Utsunomiya for one day during my stay.
I was relieved not to be with people because I could take it back to my room and eat it. This is the hotel I want to stay again!

The Golf Course Hotel in the mountains is very beautiful, the open-air hot springs are very good, the breakfast is not many but delicious, the facilities are very standard, but only by car can be reached.

KKush MathurFor a Regional area like Utsunomiya, I cannot help but rave about how amazing Candeo Hotel Utsonomiya is. Starting from the location; it’s not even 5 minutes from the station so if you have heavy suitcases; there’s barely any hassle to get to the hotel. There’s also a 7-11 right below the hotel so if you need a bite at 2-3 am, you know where to go: there’s also some amazing restaurants right below the hotel so id also say it’s super convenient. In terms of the room, the room was very well maintained with elegant design and very cozy. Room size was sufficient enough and also very comfortable. And the breakfast is just amazing. Every day different soups and just delicious salads with super fresh fruit. 6 out of 5 on the breakfast. And lastly the service, just very very helpful and extremely polite and patient. Some understood English and some understood basic but with google translate it was a piece of cake. They also helped me transfer my luggage from their hotel to the next in another city. Overall just a 5 on 5 rating for every aspect of the hotel.

リリカIt is said to be directly connected to the station, but I'm not sure if it can be called directly connected, but it is certainly close. Even with a suitcase, I was able to get to the hotel without any problems by using the elevator and escalator. As for cleaning, the basics were basic, so it seemed a little clean. There were some amenities at the front desk, and there were many bath salts, which was nice, but there was no instant coffee in the room or at the front desk, which was a bit disappointing.

The hygiene and service are very good, especially the spare bathrobes and towels.
The hotel facilities are very new, the design is reasonable, and the space utilization is also great.
It can be used as the first choice for travel accommodation, it is best to make an appointment in advance~

GGuest UserThis is the third time I've stayed here as a place for relatives from far away.
I think it's in a great location, close to Utsunomiya Station and the hospital.
This is the second time I've used the breakfast option.
This time, they had a Western-style breakfast.
There was a woman at the reception wearing a name tag saying she was on training,
but she handled the situation without any problems.
She also signed in smoothly on my behalf to check in.
Thank you for your help.
I'd like to use this hotel again in the future.

GGuest UserThe staff at the front desk and breakfast area were very nice. The building and rooms were new and clean.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the linens (pillows, nightwear, towels) smelled bad.
You have to take your nightwear from the storage area next to the front desk, but when I tried to put it on, there was a reddish-brown stain on the strings, which was a bit disgusting. I asked the front desk staff about it and they were very accommodating.
The nightwear I took back to my room also had a yellowed collar and the smell bothered me, so I ended up not wearing it.
The free bread and coffee at breakfast was a nice touch. The bread was also very delicious.
The amenities were minimal, so I thought women would be pleased if they had cleansing products, face masks, cotton swabs, etc.

AAlly2023Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.

GGuest UserThe hotel is high-end and elegant, with the luxurious feel of a five-star hotel. I live on the sixth floor and open the window to see the outdoor scenery of Utsunomiya. The hotel’s buffet is also very characteristic. The disadvantage is that it is too far from the subway station, I walked for 20 minutes
