the food was ok, I thought there was gym there was not, the service was very good and the room was very nice with the exception of it being very warm with little way of turning down the heat if you don't speak Chinese, overall would recommend

Staff was excellent. Gave us very good advise on locations of interest and how to get about to attractions we wanted to go. Really helpful making our stay very successful.

來新疆選酒店真的太難了！烏魯木齊更是太多選擇，最終選了老牌五星，相信五星的服務！ 最終證明確實沒錯，五星服務就是五星！雖然第一天在衞生上出了點小問題，但酒店積極處理，態度很好！ 但酒店的設施確實太老了，地毯陳舊，衞浴設備老化，床品一般之類，前台介紹酒店今年10月會全部重新裝修，期待明年全新登場吧！ 房間在最高層，視野佳，景觀很好，都不用去紅山公園登高了😉 酒店早餐很豐富！ 去博物館，大巴扎打車約10塊多，很方便！

酒店位置很市中心，走路就可去到紅山公園和紅山乾果市場，附近也有商場，吃飯也很方便。 自駕過來可以直接把車停到地下停車場，位置很多沒有額外收費很方便。 酒店前台幫我們免費升級了房型，入住的時候烏魯木齊太陽還很高，陽光透過窗户灑在房間裏特別舒服。不過酒店內部設施比較老舊，但衞生和洗漱用品的質量還不錯，尤其是洗漱用品算這趟新疆之旅住過裏比較好的。

設施：齊全，個人好滿意。因為老酒店，有些設施並不新的，但保養的還可以。而且雖然有點舊，但本來的品質品牌都高端的，使用體驗蠻舒服的。 衞生：衞生間看到頭髮以外，都還OK。床單、桌上都蠻乾淨的。 環境：在於紅山公園旁邊，附近還有美食節，坐公交地鐵都方便。 服務：非常好！！本來住在別的酒店，但那個酒店服務太差了，當時已經五一放假前一天，酒店很緊張也很貴，但還不想續住那個酒店，所以臨時要找別的酒店。我覺得南航品牌的話，不會差到哪兒去，結果住宿體驗非常舒服開心了。尤其是前台服務員非常熱情，我早上7點半拖了行李後晚上9點回了酒店，她一直值班，還保持笑容接待，很不容易，敬佩！！

十幾年的老酒店，裝修陳舊，設施殘破，空調不涼，反映了幾次給前台，派人來看也沒用，是空調太舊，不是壞了。空調晴天不涼，雨天冷**，怎麼住，誰住誰後悔。

作為烏市老牌星級酒店，這次來新疆滑雪全程六晚都住在南航明珠，樓下就是天池雪場的免費大巴站點，相當方便！房間設施雖略顯老舊，但功能都還完好，而且衞生也保持得不錯，值得表揚！ 淡季每晚兩百出頭的房費，性價比還是挺高的，下次還會再來！

是個老酒店，設施設備比較陳舊，可以更新了。入口的地方，換鞋凳影響了走道寬度。自動窗簾的開關也用不了，不知道是不是壞了。

挺不錯的酒店，有很多南航的帥哥美女入住，房間隔音還好，有浴缸但沒用過，每天送了四瓶水，服務槓槓的，離市中心近，去哪都方便。
