Hotel Four Points di Urumqi

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

I chose Yilite Hotel for this business trip because it had just been renovated. The sanitation inside was really clean, and the service was also very good. What surprised me was that even if I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the middle of the night, there were staff members accompanying me from entering the hotel lobby to checking in and then to the door of the room. I also recommend everyone to have a buffet breakfast at his house. I strongly recommend trying the super delicious wonton and French toast, which are super delicious. 😋Finally, I would like to state that the quilt in Figure 1 is a little wrinkled because the cleaning lady made it up after I came back from breakfast after sleeping all night, so it is a little wrinkled. It was not like this when I came in!

Hygiene: The guest rooms and public areas are deeply cleaned every day, free of dust and odor, and the bedding and towels are changed for each guest. Disposable items (such as slippers and toothbrushes) are provided and well packaged, and consumables are replenished in time. Environment: The interior decoration style is unified, the lobby design is stylish, and the exterior needs to be quiet and safe, without construction noise or pollution. Service: Employees need to be proactive and enthusiastic, the front desk quickly checks in, the concierge assists in carrying luggage, and the guest room responds to needs in a timely manner, so that we feel at home.

The hotel is located in the center of Urumqi. The hotel lobby is spacious. The front desk check-in was very quick. They upgraded my room for free. When I checked out, Susan was very welcoming. I will choose Hilton Urumqi next time I travel.

This is the happiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I entered the door, the lovely little beauty Kaili at the front desk (I quietly asked others to find out her name 😂), her healing smile helped me check in quickly, and someone helped me with my luggage. When I got to the room, I was really amazed. I have stayed in hotels so many times, but this is the first time I have encountered such a thing. The bed was just like a painting. I didn't even dare to sit on it 😂. I was still intoxicated when the phone rang. It was the front desk asking me if I was satisfied with the room after checking in and if I needed any help. Finally, she reminded me that the hotel has a self-service laundry room and they could take me there at any time if I needed it. They also left their phone number... I am really satisfied with this service. I am so excited that I finished writing this, but I always feel that the praise is not enough 😅. In short, I will choose to stay here next time 👍

As an old five-star hotel in Urumqi, the staff service makes people feel at home. Due to heavy snow in Urumqi, the flight was delayed and I arrived at the hotel at 3 am the next day. The front desk staff upgraded me to a deluxe business room, which also brought a little comfort to my tiredness. Although I only stayed for a few hours, I slept very comfortably. Standing in the room on the 31st floor, you can see the city view of Urumqi. It is worth mentioning that the water pressure of the hotel is very high, and it is very comfortable to take a shower. Other services and facilities are of five-star standard. Next time I come to Urumqi, I will choose Hyde Hotel again.

Finally, let's talk about the shortcomings. I don't know why the door of the hotel lobby was not allowed to go up. It rained heavily in Urumqi on the day of arrival. After parking, I walked to the lobby in the rain. It was too embarrassing. The key is that there are elderly people. It's unacceptable to get wet in the rain. I also reported this to the front desk lady on the same day and got a timely response. Early the next morning, the front desk handled the extension of stay. The lady said that the lobby manager happened to be there. After reacting, I talked to the lobby manager, but I was very disappointed. This fat male lobby manager was extremely arrogant and rude. He looked down on people and didn't care at all. In the end, I guess he was helpless and said thank you with his back teeth. Sure enough, the iron block blocking the road was not removed until check-out. Finally, the concierge of this hotel is useless. It rained on the first day and the car could not go up. They would have given me an umbrella. On the second day, I needed to move something from the car to the room and needed the concierge's cart. There was no one in the concierge department. I asked the front desk and was told that they were not working and would have to wait for ten minutes. I said I didn't need help and just needed to get off the car. They told me that I could push it myself. I pushed the cart to move things. When I came back, the concierge had already started working. I pushed a big cart by myself, and the concierge just watched. It would have been fine if they didn't help push it, but they didn't even help open the door. Finally, to sum up, the five-star facilities are put up by a makeshift team.

I went to travel in southern Xinjiang and checked into this hotel when I arrived in Urumqi. Since I felt good, I stayed in this hotel again when I returned to Urumqi from southern Xinjiang. The hotel is in a good location, with convenient dining and shopping around. It is very close to the subway station. It costs 4 yuan to take 7 subway stops to the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel has free parking, which is convenient for self-driving. The hotel management is relatively standardized, the front desk staff has a good attitude, the room area is relatively large, and the hygiene is also good. Except that the shower door and the toilet door affect each other, everything else is fine. The hotel's breakfast is great, with a wide variety and good quality. There are fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee. The restaurant environment is clean and hygienic. The restaurant staff also pays attention to hygiene and has a good service attitude. I will definitely stay at Ruihao International Hotel when I come to Urumqi again.
