Another great stay at The Oaks. The realty wonderful clean , modern facilities easily make up for the current work on the pool. Not to mention the incredible ocean views and staff doing all they can to make your stay wonderful. I have never had a bad experience at the Oaks . We’ll be back in the new year. Thanks Management & Staff

Pool is under major construction, so no pool views just fences and mountain s of sand. Uncomfortable beds and pillows, building looking tired.

Likes: pools & pool area, reception area, room was great and view was wonderful. Dislikes: Each room should have at least 1 designated secure parking spot, wifi did not work in room only pool area & reception, it wasn’t very pleasant sitting on the balcony with the air con vent blowing hot air on us, they should be moved.

clean, big apartment, friendly staff. Unfortunately, ******* failed to rebook my room I was just lucky they had another room available!

I didn’t even get to stay there I booked and I paid for it and they would not let me in the door because the online booking service did not transfer the information in time and I was unable to get a key and I want a full refund immediately, or I will be reporting this service to media

Clean well managed ideal swim pools easy walking around and "Salt"resrurant a big plus

The room was as advertised so we were satisfied with our choice. The reason I chose this hotel and room was because it had a kitchen with a the mugs, plates and cooking utensils we might need which we definitely made use of. The room also had all the towels and things we needed, good foxtel channels and showers had great water pressure. Pool area was also great.

From the UK. I stayed here in 2019 when travel for work and loved it. Returned in 2024 as part of our holiday traveling up the coast. When we arrived into our room my mum (62) tripped and fell over an elevated piece on the floor entering the bedroom area. She hurt her foot but not enough to report or seek help, but was very shocked and it really started our stay on a 'downer' (photos attached). We ended up putting a towel down on it. It should really be looked at. I slept on the sofabed, which having previously stayed a number of times, I knew was there. The staff wanted to charge me for extra bedding to use sofabed. Said to receptionist that the place seems to be lacking maintenance - she didn't seem to take much interest in specifics and moved the conversation along. Nice pool. Wouldn't rush back.

The Appartement was OK - not great but Ok: clean, spacious, and ok-equipped. What‘s important to know for international travelers: the WiFi does not work most of the time. Plus: there was no shower, but only a bath tub without shower curtain - nothing for tall people as your head will hit the ceiling… What we paid was not worth the stay.
