Staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and warm. We were able to enjoy the sauna which was very relaxing and has no extra fee. The buffet breakfast is outstanding with variety choices of delicious food and they were constantly refilled.

There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby so the hotel restaurant was my first choice for dinner. I took the evening special, a pork schnitzel with roast potatoes with bread, butter and a salad. The bread was stale leftovers from the breakfast, the salad was a small bowl of mixed leaves directly from the bag, the blue cheese dressing was prefab. Then the main course arrived. A prefab schnitzel, served with a cold prefab sauce bearnaise and some sort of mushroom sauce. No vegetables. This was 209SEK. I also had a heavily overprized beer. No, I will not return to this restaurant and as a result of this I probably won't return to the hotel.

Would do well with a renovation. Very expensive in relation to the experience and the tired hotel. Close to the hockey arena, that’s good.

An okay hotel, nothing more than average. Nice breakfast, decent dinner selection. Okay restaurant surroundings. Seems somewhat worn out, acceptable cleaning.

Was very friendly and very clean. Great breakfast too. Really good activities there if you have kids too. The kids loved it.

Rooms are good. But as part of a large group booked the staff friendliness was less than desirable. Also instead of charging a base price for the filling of a thermos they required 25kr per cup. So could cost well over 150kr depending how they viewed the size of thermos. Ridiculous!

Sad rooms. No ventilation. Nowhere to put your shaver.. in shower. No shelf! Were there for 3n but room never cleaned. Not even dustbin was emptied once. Staff at reception was Awsome but dining room the opposite. Scandic is not what it used to be

Plenty of activities for kids with a playroom, jacuzzi, garden games and board games. Very nice breakfast selection.

Good value for the money spent. Nice breakfast, good parking, location close to an exit from E4. Friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Quite location. Nice restaurant and bar area. Pool, jacuzzi and gym for those interested.

The hotel is old and that can be seen everywhere. In principle nothing special to complain but with the same money you can get a neater environment with similar services. Because of overall worn-out feeling there is a feeling of dirtiness, too. The bed was a bit too soft.

The room smelled wery bad from some kind of camicals they where using to cleen, so hot in the rooms, could not sleep at all bc e4an sounded so high plus the heet. Wold not recomend this hotell, will not return. Sorry

Excellent customer service. The hotel is located only 30 minutes from the Viking Line's car check-in. All services nearby. Clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. I highly recommen this hotel.

Excellent hotel with suiteable rooms for seminars, enough parking space, close to railway station, very dog friendly, a joy to bring the dog, nice rooms clean and light colour, nice restaurant with good selection for breakfast.

I Will never come back to this hotel its way better to take a hotel in the city in Sthlm for this prize .. I promise everything was terrible it took 10-15 min before someone came and check me in and why the staff came was only cuz the phone ring they didnt tell me i had to come down and say i wanted they to clean my room im not used to that specially of the prize and she was so mad when i talked to her on the phone and i have been gone 11-16 and no one cleaned my room then the cleaning lady knock on my door when i was eating and asked if i wanted my room cleaned i was so mad and i Said no .. only one day they clean my room if i havent Ask a day before i would have no papper no Towels and stuff and i stayed for 5 days i regret it so much i havent said everything yet this is just the small things..
