el spa es absolutamente una pasada, de los mas bonitos que he estado. Ademas las instalaciones estan muy cuidadas. Al tratarte de la ubicacion en una montaña es un poco engorroso llegar, pero sin problema con gps.

Estadia incrível no hotel H2O. Quarto com bastante conforto e limpeza. Pequeno almoço variado, com produtos gastronómicos da região. Piscinas com água aquecida, com diversos jatos! Recomendo!

An excellent hotel, very nice rooms, the spa and pool facilities were great, there was plenty of choice of very good food and the staff were very friendly and helpful, we had an excellent faultless stay here over the Christmas period. Well done to the management and staff.

First is the quality of the staff, everyone is trying to make the experience the best possible. The landscape is beautiful and should be unforgettable if you have the luck to visit the hotel with snow. The swimming pools are very good, mainly the possibility to use outside swimming pool with hot water. The massages, rituals, sauna and other activities makes the hotel a perfect place to relax. The restaurant has very good food, with a balanced diversity to assure that satisfies all the types of customers (and I think is possible to inform during the check-in any special requirement that we could have). The only point that makes me not give a perfect score was the breakfast that should have much more options of fruit and juices, even I could understand that the preference is to use local products but on January the use of local fruit is very poor.

Great hotel that should have a rating above 5 stars!!! Everything's good. Rooms, living and leisure areas, decoration, wonderful breakfast, meals in the restaurant and bar, friendly staff, not to mention the spectacular Aquadome complex .We highly recommend it!!

We liked the facillities, the room, the services, the breakfast, and the staff. There was a lack of supervision/control of some facilities, notably in the sauna, where no one below 16 could enter, but children went in anyway.

The pools were nice and the architecture is spectacular. However, don't expect to eat there because the food is terrible, the service deplorable, and the ambiance is fine if you like eating in a noisy daycare centre. Management seems non-existent. Check your bill carefully, because items were added that were offered to apologise for the bad food when we complained. We didn't expect these items to be charged to our bill!

We stayed here one night on 8/18 and it was great. The research that I have done payed off handsomely. This place is a gem. The hotel is large,.modern, and the people who work there are friendly and seem wanting to help. My wife and I spent time in the pools, got massages in the spa and enjoyed the wonderful cusine.

We stayed here because we heard that the spa was interesting. And it is -it's presented in a fun way with caves and pools and very good saunas, steam rooms and showers, though it has more of a fun holiday atmosphere than a truly restorative 'serious' Spa. We stayed at the hotel and the room was comfortable. Most if the staff were friendly, and the quality of the food was great, the buffet breakfast deserves a special mention because there is EVERYTHING on offer - really excellent. Tarnishing the experience a bit was the fact that we met one waiter who essentially flounced off because we said we couldn't speak Portuguese, and could be heard mockingly (and quite loudly) echoing us by saying 'we don't speak Portuguese' to his colleague. The colleague then dutifully came over and served us very politely and pleasantly in English, but we were left feeling a bit unwanted and out of place to be honest -its simply nit feasible to speak every language! So, a bit of a mixed bag but definitely worth a try if you're in the area.
