Ulasan Posada de Uncastillo

Amazing place. I was there for 6 days on a guided walking tour of the Bardenas regional park. Dany and Valeria are really welcoming hosts, and the Posada is full of atmosphere. They made our pack lunch as well as breakfast and dinner, and the food was great. The town of Uncastillo itself is a gem - all medieval or 16th century

What a wonderful place to stay in such an idyllic historic place. Dany and Valeria were great hosts and showed us some really good places to visit and where to see the historic places around the village. We will definitely visit again in 2024 Davie and Mary Scotland

We loved our stay at La Posada in Uncastillo. Dani, Valeria and Lucia looked after us so well and made our stay in Uncastillo memorable. The hotel is a little gem in a very beautiful setting. We felt this was a truly authentic experience of hospitality in the region. The food was homely, delicious and authentic, both for breakfast and our evening meals. Our room was very clean and tidy with a small balcony looking onto the plaza near Santa Maria - beautiful. Thank you for making us so welcome.

Valeria and Dany are super helpful and friendly hosts - nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room with small balcony was clean and comfortable, meals good and so we thoroughly enjoyed our short 2 nights stay. Unctastillo is a lovely village, the castle well worth a visit and La Posada the perfect place to stay.

We (bravely) decided to stay 4 nights at the Posada (without knowing it) to explore the fascinating area and we were so happy with the decision! Dany and Valerie were completely the best hosts ever. Helping with decisions where to go after a delicious breakfast and then to return to be best supper and local wine, really delicious. We had the suite which was so comfortable and they have done a great renovation in the last few years. Many many thanks, we will be back!

Valeria & Dany were the most wonderful hosts. We received a wondwrful warm welcome. Dany even insisted on helping with our luggage, even though it was raining. He moved his car so we could park our car closer. We had dinner in the hotel on our first night & the food was great. The service was friendly & attentive . Throughout our stay we were offered many many helpful tips & advice. This was greatly appreciated. Nothing was too much. When we checked out, we felt we were leaving friends.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The owners Dany and Valeria were really friendly and helpful. They explained to us about the fiesta in the town and how we could see the bull running etc. Valeria cooked us a wonderful meal of braised veal cheeks in a red wine sauce. It was delicious. The room itself was well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The bed was perfect. We wish you lots of success - I am sure you will have many happy visitors.

We received a warm welcome. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Dany and Valeria are very good hosts , very helpful. The whole team is very nice. The location is quiet. We went there to hike in the surrounding area. There is very nice spot.

We stayed only one night at this charming little hotel in Uncastillo. We weren’t expecting much but were incredibly surprised by the outstanding find. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view over a medieval square. It was simple but well equipped with everything you need for a night’s stay. Miguel was kind and welcoming and made everyone feel at home. He remembered all of the guests by name which was a nice touch. From the moment we arrived, he made sure that we had everything we needed and explained all of the must see locations in the town. Breakfast was lovely and diverse and cozy by the fireplace. While they didn’t serve dinner the night we came, they recommended a fun little neighborhood bar which gave us a wonderful local experience. The hotel was in walking distance to amazing historical places and beautiful vistas of this quaint little Spanish town. Everywhere we walked, the residents of the town were friendly and welcomed us. It was unique and well worth spending the night in such a warm and hospitable locale in Northern Spain!

Inma and Miguel are the nicest persons. They make you feel at home. Their accommodation is very cosy and we liked the fact that they use only product from the area. They cook with love and passion. Uncastillo itself is a lovely nice old town with a great surrounding.

Une merveilleuse semaine dans le cadre d'un séjour randonnée dans la Bardenas avec l'agence Allibert. Je me suis sentie chouchoutée et accueillie comme une amie. le cadre est magique, chaque petit détail est là pour nous rappeler que la priorité est le confort du client. J'ai trouvé incroyable que nos hôtes fassent l'effort de retenir nos prénoms et nous saluent chaque matin comme si nous avions toujours été là. J'ai adoré !!!!!

Sejour accompagné avec l'agence la pèlerine, groupe de 8 personnes tres sympathique, accueil de qualité Dany et Valéria tres sympathiques et attentionnés, restauration délicieuse ! Je recommande vivement chambres très agréables ! Propreté irréprochable ! Bravo ! 👍👍👍

Merci Valerie et Dany pour votre chaleureux accueil. Un hôtel rural où il fait bon s’arrêter. Nous avons trouvé un lieu de repos proche du désert des Bardenas dans un tout petit village Uncastillo qui possède un héritage historique et culturel. À recommander. Elisabeth & Bernard

L'accueil irréprochable, les propriétaires sont très gentils et se mettent en quatre pour nous rendre service et nous rendre le séjour agréable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est extraordinaire et les repas très bons, confectionnés avec des produits frais. Les chambres très propres et confortables. On a l'impression d'être des invités.
