It was a nice room for the price, comfortable, clean and spacious. One drawback was that the room we were in was directly over the lobby area and every time the sliding door would open or close we could hear it.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was very roomy, very clean and well-laid out Beds were very good - no sagging and soft sheets. Breakfast was hot and had a good variety. Had never stayed in Comfort Inn before was was pleasantly surprised.

First room we were assigned to had a smoke alarm going off. I advised the front desk and no one ever showed up to fix the problem. I had to go back down a second time and they switched our rooms. We switched to a second room, which we thought was fine, until my wife woke up the next morning with bug bites all over her arms. I notified hotel staff and I’ll I got was a sorry. I wasn’t asked for any further information, and never received any feedback from management. Needless to stay, I will never stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Ukiah again. We are looking into the reporting process with the State for bed bug incidents.

This hotel is clean and fresh. It doesn’t seem very old and I was able to get a good night sleep because I couldn’t hear my neighbors.
