"The reception was professional, polite, and very friendly. We were able to check into our room quickly. It's large, very well furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is also large and equipped with everything you could need. The cleanliness (as throughout the entire hotel) is impeccable. From the outside, the hotel isn't particularly striking, but this impression changes as soon as you enter. Wonderful interior and great architecture. We can recommend dinner in the restaurant; it was very tasty and nicely presented. Here, too, the staff were very attentive to the guests' well-being. The next day, breakfast offered something for everyone, the platters were quickly refilled, and the tables were cleared promptly. It was nice that the scrambled eggs were freshly prepared. Unfortunately, we did encounter some inconsiderate guests. At the next table, there were some younger people—not Dutch—who left the table looking like a garbage dump. You don't treat the staff like that. We only realized this was a Zorg- en Herstelhotel (care and recovery hotel) after we had checked in. It was wonderful to see how the staff cared for the disabled guests. I don't think you find that kind of service in Germany, which is a shame. There's plenty of parking, though it would be nice if it were free. The Wi-Fi is okay. All in all, the price-performance ratio is good."

"The reception was friendly. The room was reasonably clean, but the windows were dirty with fingerprints and the curtains were broken. Upon returning to the hotel just before midnight, a big party was in full swing; however, helping us get a drink was refused by the young man standing behind the bar with his hands folded. Very poor! Breakfast was also poorly catered for; the food items on offer were good and tasty, but almost everything was gone, and it was only 9:30 in the morning. There was no professional staff handling this properly. All in all, and especially for a price above €200.00 for a night, I find it scandalous. Additionally, the vouchers that Fletcher offers via Social Deal (which makes such a room somewhat acceptable) can never be redeemed, not even on a random Saturday in Uden."
