Reception staff is very rude room service is not at all highly not recommended we have to wait for check-in more then 40 minutes and after that we reach to the room and the room is very older then the showing on google and there is lots of problems in room service

I recently visited the Ananta resort udaipur. The property was great but the first impression was not acceptable. First when reach the waiting time is around 45 minutes for check in. Then they give us the rooms this moment i was shocked because when I booked the resort the rooms was different and they provide it's was different. So i call reception and they reply me that we provide u batter room with bathtub. Yes it's has bathtub but what can i do with bathtub with out liking room so i need replacement. And than they provide batter room. The first room is like 2 star hotel just like OYO. But the food quality, inside resort traveling facilities and the quality of the swimming pool is so soo soo good. The quality of water is amazing (without clorin) i give 100/100. Personally i would like to give feedback regarding the prices inside the resort. First when i book 5 Star resort and pay around 15-16k per night i thought all utilities included in this price list, but when i reach there i have to pay different ammount for different types of games basis games like pool, also one location it's called zenith u have to spand money to access also it's is inside the resort. What?? I can't accept this things i pay 15-16k for just pool,room and brakefast? I personally did not like this.

We had an luxury and amazing stay in Ananta we enjoyed a lot there it was like home start from arrival till check we had amazing experience and they have so ***y activities for kids and adults too it was like perfect holidays and specially we wanna thank you front office staff sarla Rathore she was so good with from check in to check out she has explained us the Udaipur very well for city show ….:: thank you for this experience

Excellent hospitality, appreciable services but want some improvement like parking, mess facility ( faced conference member and family members together in one mess hall) . Give 2 hour more for checking out. Thanks a lot ***agement .....

There was excellent hospitality served by ananta after some issues, mr. vaibhav helped us for making sure our stay was a luxury experience. He helped us through out our stay and the night party ans dinner at zanith was a different experience
