Fabulous and comfortable stay .Staff was very helpful .Lalita was very kind at the reception. Food and stay was great ,rooms were very comfortable. Ambience was good . highly recommended in this budget. Affordable stay .

We enjoyed our stay. The staffs are very friendly. They provided a good service. Restaurant food also is very tasty and they may even customize dishes as per ones taste. A special thanks to the housekeeping members Nirma ji and Prakash ji and also at the reception team Kajal ji and Chainsing ji.

I stayed here for 3 nights for buainess purpose.The room is clean and breakfast was excellent. All the staff was friendly. Although the location is a bit far from city centre where all the attractions are,you can easily take a tuktuk in front of the hotel.

Experience at raghu mahal was awesome, lalita ma'am at reception as well all the staff was so cooperative. Hygiene was maintained everywhere, you can expect a no less than 5 star experience, so happy and satisfied, would recommend to everyone

I Visit hotel on 18 March 2023 , Rooms are not in good situation, they divide new and old hotels, pricing of hotel is overpriced by twice, Hot Water is not coming, talking way of Reception person is not good, food is Average Overall Experience is not Good and overpriced hotel .

The service is excellent. Room quality, food taste/quality is awesome. Having Munchow Soup, Cheese Cigar Roll, Mushroom Masala, Dal Tadka, laccha paratha and icecream at roof top restaurent (ZEN) gives immense pleasure and satisfaction.
