My daughter's room next door had been cleaned, and I forgot to put up a sign to request cleaning, but they kindly cleaned it and I was grateful. "There are many business hotels around Ube Shinkawa Station, so even though it was only a 5-minute walk, it felt a little far from the station. However, there was a convenience store nearby and the hotel was in a quiet location, so it was not an inconvenient place to stay. The ochazuke breakfast was also delicious. Also, if you are staying multiple nights, the front desk is on the second floor, but you don't need to leave your room card there, and you can take the elevator directly to the first floor, so you can easily access the first floor and your room without having to rush around when meeting someone the next day. If I have the opportunity to come to Ube Shinkawa again, I would like to use this hotel."

"Keunggulan: Kamar dilengkapi dengan pasta gigi, sikat gigi, sisir, dll., dan secara keseluruhan bersih dan rapi. Sarapan berupa bento Jepang yang rasanya enak. Lokasinya hanya beberapa ratus meter dari Stasiun Ube, sehingga memudahkan untuk naik trem dan bus. Terdapat supermarket besar di dekatnya, sehingga memudahkan berbelanja. Kekurangan: Kamar agak tua, dan terdapat sedikit bau apek di lorong lantai dua karena ventilasi yang buruk. Pencahayaan dalam ruangan berwarna kuning hangat dan agak redup."
