Good stay at this place. I always enjoy the hospitality. The $150 refundable is a bit too much to cover any room damage, that needs to change ASAP! Other than that nice hotel.

Very nice new hotel. My only question is the required $150.00 deposit for incidental charges. I understand the need but $150.00 seems a little excessive.

The room was clean but the service was awful. We came as a group and one of our families was put into a room with the air not working. When she went to the front desk to get help the person working the desk was less than helpful, he was more worried about working out while on the clock. He never even attempted to fix the issue or try to find a solution. I was awoken twice at 2:30am and 3:40am by people partying in the rooms on either side of us. People running in between the rooms laughing and screaming while carrying alcohol bottles. It was definitely a less than great experience but the front desk man was the worst of it.

Our shower door didn't close so water got everywhere Everytime you take a shower. It was really noisy the first night, kids were screaming and crying I couldn't go to sleep. But it's usually a good stay

We were just passing through. Looked like a fairly new La Quinta Inn. Very clean & quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants.

Hotel didn’t refund my money and they were sold out even after it was booked accidentally.

Our room is very nice and really roomy. We were very impressed by its cleanliness, the inviting and refreshing, aroma. I, positively, could go on and on about the this La Quinta! Great job!!

Room had the air conditioner set for cool in January. Heater took a long while to affect any temperature change. TV remote Was only able to turn the TV on and off, nothing more.

We came because of the weather. My husband was scheduled for surgery at Christus Mother Francis. Since your hotel is the closest and the reviews were good I booked a night with you so I wouldn't have far to drive if the roads were bad. We were pleasantly surprised at a comfortable stay. Thank you.

The hotel phone in the lobby and my room were broken, so while the staff was friendly, I had trouble getting in touch to have my room key reprogrammed when it didnt work the second night. It was fairly quiet and clean. Very fast wifi.

Everything was good. My only issue was the unavailability of a handicap room even though I requested 1 when I made the reservation. The hotel did attempt to rectify this hiccup by giving us a suite. We were here for back surgery and the patient had difficulty attempting to shower in this room. It would help if ALL rooms had a handicap bar on the side of the entry side of ALL showers in addition to the bar on the opposite end of the shower. Thank you for your hospitality
