Amazing stay, warm clean rooms. The hot spring facilities are well worth the trip. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic stay. Big lousy about the room. Big, cleaned and well maintained. The pools are nice but needs to be cleaned better.

It was a wonderful hotel with easy access to local park, museum and theatre. The private outside spa was great and the inside hotel room was large had many amenities. We would stay there again.

Very good place to go to hot springs! We enjoyed the hot springs a lot in the winter holiday. They gave us an upgrade to a beautiful room with an amazing (and huge) bathroom. Checkin desk is friendly and helpful and speaks English. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has Chinese food as well as some Western choices like croissants, bacon, coffee, toast, and other normal breakfast foods like yogurt, fruit, etc. They started putting food away at 9:50 though, so don’t wait until last minute to go grab some breakfast. There’s not a lot close to it though, and restaurant in hotel is friendly and obliging, but expensive. Good place to stay!

it is just not the best time to go to Lake Tai in such cold and wet weather. Hotel is ok.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We got a free upgrade and the room was bright, clean and big. Breakfast was good, with a decent amount of choices. The play options for kids were really good - although it was very hot outside. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot spring area only opens at 2pm. It's frustrating waiting and disappointing to not have a final swim/relax in water on the check out day because you need to be out by 12. I hope the hotel can consider changing this. I do recommend the hotel for a few days getaway from the hustle and bustle.

Great place to enjoy with family. Stayed during the Chinese new year vacation. Although the staff tried thier best they couldn't ensure a good service as they were understaffed to serve a big crowd the turned out. Young children can really enjoy the place, much more in summer

Great facilities but food options can be improved

1. There are many types of breakfast and the opening hours are long. 2. The resort has a good sanitation environment and many green plants. There are also cherry blossoms to see, which is suitable for checking in and taking photos. 3. There are various room types in the hotel. Suitable for couples, parents and children, and families. The decoration of the room is new and old. Some room types do not have a balcony with a view, and the view is good or bad. 4. You can drive or take public transportation. Driving is the most convenient! You can also buy a hot spring ticket to take a bath without staying. 5. The hotel service is good! Basic

The hotel is located by the Taihu Lake. The location is good, but there are no supporting facilities nearby. It is a bit far from the city. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are relatively old. The service is very enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk also helped to print the children's learning materials, and called in advance to ask about the arrival time and prepare children's supplies in advance. This is a good review. The hotel room is quite large, there is an outdoor hot spring, and there is a large children's play area. The flowers in the hotel are also in bloom. I give a thumbs up to the lady at the front desk 👍
