Booked a room via *******, Standard King room - nothing crazy. Get there, parking lot is very small, along with the amount of space between cars. Anyway, we check in, head up to the room. It’s a room with two queen beds. Not what I booked. Husband went down to get it fixed, since I paid for a King room. He was told that she booked all the king rooms and that’s all that was left. That I was also contacted through *******, which I wasn’t, to notify me of the situation. Which I wasn’t. No email, no text, no message in the ******* app. Didn’t even offer to compensate for the error on their part. I shouldn’t have been able to book a room of that kind if there wasn’t any available. Then after all that, the TV doesn’t even work. Ok option if you just need a place to put your head for the night, but don’t expect much from it.
