This is perfectly good accommodation for the price charged. We stayed in a budget cabin, with shared bathroom facilities - it’s a campsite, after all. Although basic, the cabin was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a shared kitchen where you could prepare meals and chat to other travellers. The bathroom facilities were clean and suitable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To access the site from Twizel you would need a car.

Parking beside the road. Self Checkin so need to arrange in advance to get the door access. The room a bit small but the facilities in room new. Checking out on the dot as it’s peak season.

Super Value for money & the view from the Ensuite Studio is amazing. Owner has a lovely cute frenchie & they are very helpful.

Great place to stay and spacious room. We checked in late and the key was broken. The person working there attended to us immediately even though it was out of ihours and late in the evening.

It is a great value for money choice to stay in the town of Twizel after coming down from Mount Cook. This is a large RV camping site + Motel. The two areas are divided so they will not affect each other. The front desk guy is enthusiastic and the living room of the independent villa we booked is spacious. We are generally satisfied.

There are no cooking utensils or detergent in the kitchen, so please bring your own. I was embarrassed because the shower room floor was not even tile, but just stone. The room was really warm and nice. At night, it is difficult to find the room because there is no lighting.

The clerk was very nice and even gave candies to the children. It was right by the lake. The room was very comfortable. Although there was no breakfast, there was a kitchen where you could make your own breakfast and dinner. After dinner, it was very convenient to take a walk by the lake. The water was very hot and the room was big.

We couldn't even book a room with a bathroom, accommodation is very tight in this area.
