"The receptionists were two lovely Uyghur girls. They would sit together in the courtyard after we returned in the evenings, offering us watermelon and chatting with the uncle who was staying there. Although the hotel was newly renovated, there was a slight smell when we went in, which bothered us at first. However, in Turpan's heat, the smell disappeared as soon as the air conditioning was turned on and the room was aired out. I must praise their bedding; it was the most comfortable I'd slept in during my 20-plus days of travel. Unlike hotel down comforters, it was soft and fluffy like a silk comforter at home. The bathroom was large and even had a clothesline. We opened the bathroom window at night, and the clothes were dry by the next day."

The interior design was beautiful throughout the hotel. The restaurant staff, room service staff, and even the security guard at the entrance were all very friendly. However, I wish the young women at the front desk had been more welcoming.😊"
