Excellent residence, very clean and helpful staff! Location is not far from center of Turin, about 20k mins walk and 5 mins from bus stop ( line 68 and 18).
The residence feels very safe ( as a solo traveller) and towels were changed everyday! Thank you

The hotel is very noisy and we could hardly sleep. It doesn't matter how big the room is. The worst thing is that it's not really a hotel but student accommodation. Not because of the students but because they have to put up with the noise every day.

Very few dishes in the kitchen and quite dirty as no washing-up liquid or sponge are provided to clean them up. Bring some to make sure you can make yourself a coffee in a clean mug! The reception has been helpful to get a new pan clean enough to boil some water. Otherwise, rooms are modern. Some maintenance wouldn't hurt. The area is very quiet as the hotel is located outside the centre of Torino.

I was travelling solo due to passport issues. The accommodation was very bright, clean and modern and the staff were lovely. I arrived early and waited for my room to be ready, nice, cool reception area. Bit of a walk into town but I enjoyed it as I like to explore different parts of cities. Felt safe though.

Very helpful reception despite me arriving at almost midnight. Received an email at 16:00 that I didn't get to read until I'd landed saying reception closed at 22:00 however they reassured me I could still check in which cured my anxiety!
Bed was not the comfiest however fridge and bidet welcome features!
