"Fantastic experience. It's a rather brand new facility that is up to date and clean. Amenities are well stocked. The staff here are what makes the place tick, they are polite, attentive and helpful. Much appreciation to them and will be coming back here when I'm next in Tunis 👍🏽 Note for management: the bedding is a bit too stiff for some of us with back problems, I wonder if something can be done about it."

"The biggest downside at Hotel Metropole Residence was the doorman, who was very unwelcoming and didn't make a good first impression. The breakfast was very limited. Aside from that, the rest of our experience was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunis. It's clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it a great base for exploring the city, while the rooms offer good value for money."

"Really friendly staff within the hotel! I did however notice numerous stains in parts of my room especially the tiling / walls of the bathroom. Entering and Exiting can be a struggle due to being doorbell operated meaning there can be delays in answering the door for late arrivals. At 5AM during early daylight hours I went downstairs to head out and go for a walk to explore Tunis however one of the staff members was asleep on the hotel couch meaning I had accidentally woken him upon seeking to hesd out that morning. I would consider this hotel again if really necessary."

Mereka setuju untuk mengembalikan uang saya - yang setelah tiga bulan belum mereka lakukan. *********** menyarankan pengembalian dana melalui kartu kredit saya. "I booked a deluxe twin room, and the front desk service was very friendly upon check-in. The only thing is that the room was on a mezzanine level, so we had to take the elevator and then walk up one flight of stairs. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the location was convenient with all sorts of snacks available downstairs, right on the main road. It was pretty good. The breakfast also had a good variety. Recommended!"

"I had a really disappointing experience at this hostel. When I arrived, there were visible stains on both the blankets and sheets, which was honestly pretty concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. I asked staff to change them and the response I got was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. In general, several staff members came across as unfriendly and seemed annoyed whenever I asked for help. There was also an issue with pricing. I was quoted two different prices and ended up being overcharged, which felt misleading and unprofessional. The washroom was another major issue. There was a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away and was bad enough to cause headaches. Even with a normally weak sense of smell, it was impossible to ignore. Overall, the environment felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here."
