The stay was good. Staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The room wasn’t very clean, could have definitely used a good cleaning. There were old french fries in the floor upon arrival, not a lot just one or two, they were so old they were black. There were dried boogers wiped all over one of the headboards of the bed. The hotel room door was broke and required a good slamming to close and lock. Other than the cleanliness of the room, it was a good experience. Would definitely stay there again.

The AC in the room did not cool the room, I found blood on the comforter and breakfast was cereal a few apples small biscuits and gravy. I showed the photo to the front desk and nothing was done about it. The laundry staff shouldnt have used the comforter if it was even washed, who knows.

Hotel overall appeared tired. Room was clean, but noisy air conditioner and auto airfreshener were noisy. Tub stopper was broken, Carpet felt like it had dried shampoo in it, kind of stiff. Breakfast was limited. We stayed more than one night due to the closeness to the hospital our family member was in . the Area was somewhat rundown

Was good for an over night stay. The pool looked extremely cloudy and nasty and the hallways and elevator were hot. Room was clean but everything was so low to the ground. Even the peep hole in the door was low.

A very good stay I must say. Room was comfortable and clean, location was convenient, breakfast was good. The only downside was the use of single-use plastic for everything (cups, plates, cutlery, etc.) and the amount of waste produced at this day and age, quite disappointing to see. But apart from that the hotel fully met our expectations. Even the little indoor pool was quite pleasant.

Could not use the pool and hot tub as they were out of service. Breakfast was not good. Bed was very Uncomfortable, Did not feel safe at this place.

I'm really a fan of the Wyndham group of hotels, but I have to advise against this one. Other than the auditor at check in, no one on staff made eye contact with me. Even she was a disappointment, with no remorse or even professional apology for not having my rooms. The reservations were for 2 doubles and that wasn't honored, so my boys had to share a king room. At breakfast, I had to wait for 2 housekeepers to finish getting their coffee before I could get any. At the desk, the morning clerk was off in the side office staring into their cell phone, so I had to go to my room and call about trying to get a double for my boys. That fell flat, so we stayed in the rooms we had. Managment never contacted me about the issues I told the staff. Although location was good and rooms were clean, their price did NOT equal their value. I believe we'd got better service and Motel6 or some little Mom and Pop place. Poor, poor service.

Just thought the person at the front desk at check in could be a little more friendly, although he wasn't really hateful or disrespectful you could tell he really didnt't want to be there or didn't feel like doing his job at the time

Overall great place to stay. I will stay again or recommend to colleagues who stay in the area. 200 characters is to much. I am a man of little words. But I was satisfied by the price and the friendly staff
