Beautiful hotel. Very nice and clean. The air conditioning was weak, didn't keep the room cold. The room was big and comfortable beds. The gym facility was too small and limited, they put it at the front of the hotel near the bathroom and lobby, so it is embarrassing to use it and people watch you.... But overall, it is a very nice hotel because it is clean.

Room was clean and modern. Great for quick overnight stay when travelling. Has everything you need. Deliveries can be sent direct to the room with their robot delivery service. Walls are a little thin though, so you can hear everyone around you.

During this trip, I had high expectations for the accommodation experience in this hotel and chose this hotel directly without much comparison. However, a gap emerged between reality and expectations.
It was already 8pm when I arrived at the hotel, and I quickly checked in. Upon entering the room, I noticed that one of the bathroom doors was missing glass, which confused and worried me. If it is a design oversight, this can be a potential safety hazard for families with young children. Although I wanted to contact the front desk immediately to resolve the issue, given the lateness of the hour, I decided not to pursue it for now.
Then, I tried to use a hair dryer after taking a shower, but found that the air outlet of the hair dryer had no cover and I could hardly feel the wind. To make matters worse, the hair dryer stopped working after less than 3 minutes of use. In desperation, I contacted the front desk and asked for a replacement hair dryer. However, the response from the front desk was indifferent and seemed to be unhappy with my request, which made me wonder if I was being too picky.
Soon, the room attendant knocked on the door. Her attitude was not the apology I expected, but she questioned why I needed to replace the hair dryer. Her expression and tone made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was being unreasonable. In the service industry, a smile and basic courtesy are basic requirements, and I just hope to have a comfortable rest environment during the tiring journey. These hiccups could have been avoided if the hotel had been more thorough in their room inspections.
This accommodation experience made me deeply realize that the higher the expectations, the greater the disappointment sometimes. I hope the hotel can learn from this experience, improve service quality, and ensure that every guest can enjoy the comfort and respect they deserve.

It was so cold. It was -20 degrees Celsius. There was no heating or floor heating. We relied solely on the air conditioner. The heating effect produced by the air conditioner was so poor that I woke up from the cold in the middle of the night.

A very bad experience. The room was not soundproof at all. You could clearly hear the people playing games and yelling and swearing next door at night. At four o'clock in the morning, a large group of people came to laugh and fight. I didn't sleep all night. Won't come again in the future

There is still a gap from the photo promotion. There was no hot water at the beginning. The room was very cold and there was no heating. I asked the front desk to tell them when I made the reservation. The platform and the hotel did not explain it. Fortunately, I got an electric heater later.

The service is very good! We arrived at the hotel an hour in advance and arranged a room. We found that the air conditioner was broken at night and upgraded the room and gave us a free breakfast. The room was very clean and the staff tried their best to meet our needs. There were many types of breakfast, buffet style, and yogurt and small cakes were given in the evening! Recommended, I will come to this hotel again next time!

The hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in!! Roses were given on the day of check-in. The room was very clean and hygienic, very warm, with sufficient heating and two cups of warm milk. The toilet had a disposable toilet seat, the shower was good and the water was hot, so I decided to renew my reservation. On the second night, I found that the room cleaning staff sent me brown sugar ginger tea to warm my stomach. I would like to praise the front desk and cleaning staff!! On the way back from Harbin, it snowed, so I decided to stay in Tongliao for one night.
