Wow. It’s been a while since I rated a hotel with a 1 star, but this one does deserve this. We stayed with friends and they all had the same opinions. As a Bonvoy elite, you only receive a $10 credit per day at the Bistro, which is only open for breakfast. It closed at 10am, and no one told me nor were there any visible posted signs, so we went next door to Jason’s Deli. The room itself is ok and the bed is comfortable. Our room had an ironing board but no iron. And since there are no phones in the room, I went to the front desk to request one. It never came. Our friend had an opposite experience where he didn’t have an ironing board. So together we were made whole. Another friend had all the tv cables pulled out so he had to put it back together. And also our room didn’t have any soap. Also if you’re concerned about safety in the parking lot, the lights flicker at different times so it looks like you’re at a rave! It was pretty dark otherwise.

Easily the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I’m a soon to be platinum elite member and this place was awful. I stayed for 5 total days and did not have my room serviced even once! No one took out the trash, no one gave me new towels, no one did anything despite me asking each morning repeatedly on 3 separate occasions. We had to try 3 different rooms it was so bad. One room had no shower curtains and an open door to the outside. Our “suite” they gave us had a hole in the door and a telephone that didn’t work. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any hotel in any brand. Avoid at all costs.

They are "under construction" no elevator, room has gnats, no towels, the bathroom cabinet fell off. I think something just bit me but I could just have the heebie jeebies at this point. I used almost my whole bottle of bed bug spray, just in case.

The toilet leaked around the bottom seal, found it late at night with wet feet. No hot water for shower , multiple rooms ground floor had this issue. Refrigerator frooze all my food, even coffee and yogurt. Tried to get room fixed on Monday AM, not touched as of 5pm. FInally after trying 2 more rooms (no hot water in them) I got a room. Remember they have 2 floors but no elevators, so if you can't carry your bags up, do not come here. I will NEVER stay here again. I am loyal to Marriott but not this one

Horrible! Located in a busy shopping plaza and under total renovation. The furniture in the lobby is stacked in a corner. Plastic hanging from the ceiling and scaffolding greet you in the lobby as you make way to your room. The snack bar and pool is closed due to the construction. The parking lot is full of debris and dumpsters. Marriott is allowing guests to stay here without prior notice that you will be in a construction zone. I was able to get a refund but I had to inconveniently find another hotel after a long travel day.

Excellent customer service again in March 2024, following visit in November 2023. Special "shout out" again in applause for two front desk workers: Tianna and Noya - sisters from Jamaica. Job well done. The custodian service was also good. Nice to meet new manager who was also very friendly and helpful. The ongoing construction project was sometimes noisy and distracting but over-all okay experience.

This was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. We had to be moved to three different rooms for issues like no soap, no tv, phone not working, towel bars falling off, no heat in one of the rooms, and the second room we were in the shower head fell off. The hotel was undergoing a renovation but the last room we were in was renovated and still the grab bar in the shower and the towel bar both broke. It could be a nice place if they would take care of it. We won’t be back

This is not a 3 star. Things are falling apart everywhere at this hotel. I would not say it is a 1 star for sure. Handle on the sliding glass door falling apart. Sink cannot be plugged as there is no plug. Features on the TV don't work. Often times no one is at the front desk. The bath soap provided is about the size of my thumb.

I would not recommend staying at this property. Seems that there is not good management. Staff was OK, but I wouldn't say they were particularly helpful or friendly. First room we were given had a major leak in the ceiling and water on the floor. Elevator was not working (which seems to have been out for a while). Even though they are remodeling, it seemed that everything was shabby and not clean. Very disappointed in this as a Marriott property.
