Serene place. Nearby beach, pretty sunset. There are still construction going on. Room is great, spacious, comfy bed, hot shower. The only downer is, very bad phone reception and zero wifi. Shame they have nice huge smart tv but cannot use. Service wise, very bad. There's an obvious double standard on local vs foreigner. Local are left to figure out where their room is - it's a sizeable resort, u will get exhausted if u have a lot of luggage, no map given too. When asked for direction, the receptionist just said "belakang sana", while white tourist get escorted to their front door.. And since phone connection is bad, u have to walk all the way to reception to ask for help..wifi not working, fridge not working, fan at verandah not working...pretty bad experince we're glad it's only a night stay.

I like the hotel here very much. You can see the sea and swim. Children like it most.

Newly opened hotel. Bed and pillows are fantastic. Nice decoration with wooden furniture. Yummy ala carte lunch of rice with ginger chicken. Buffet breakfast very simple. Pretty beach tents with bean bags. Long walk from room to beach. Part of the hotel is still under renovation. Many mosquitos. Room is hot in the afternoon even with full blast aircon.

We planned our stay here since last month of March and we came here on 2-3/june/2025 with 10 adult 3 kids with the confirmation given. We arrived with so UNPLEASANT WRONG ROOM GIVEN.(Room 47&48) 1. Wrong room given and key room not working we need to walk back to the lobby ask for new key . 2. When we ask about our room is not that we booked ,Staff named Eden said they cannot do anything hence we already pay the room before. 3.we need to take our own solution by take off other matters to pit on the floor. 4. One of the managers (Kathleen) did not even met up with us and just walk away from us.although we know her. 5.we had given 2 pillow and 1 extra mattress to be used. On summary, the place and some of the staff is nice. But they need more training on the hospitality industry. Although I'm also from 5 star hospitality industry , some error i still can considers,but please do not blind service on your local customer.

It's so bad, the staff was not friendly especially front counter and the restaurant, facilities not completely set up for the guest,food not was so good for breakfast,room a bit dust and the pillow not good for using it mean so thin....will give this resort 1 STAR...NOT RECOMMENDED

Pros 1) Iron and ironing board were provided, which was convenient for getting clothes ready. 2) The small balcony at the back offered a nice spot for some fresh air. 3) A great selection of food was available during Christmas Day dinner, which was already included in the room rate – a lovely bonus! 4) The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable. Cons 1) The bathroom switch was faulty, and maintenance took about 10 minutes to attend to the issue. 2) Unfortunately, the switch issue wasn’t fully resolved, and we had to wait for a new plug to be brought in by maintenance. 3) The floor wasn’t cleaned thoroughly – there was still some sand on it when we arrived. 4) The internet was out of service throughout our stay, which meant we couldn’t even watch television in the room. 5) One of the lamps at the room entrance wasn’t working, which made it a bit dim when entering. 6) There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, which was a bit annoying. 7) The area is still under renovation, so it doesn’t look very appealing for sightseeing at the moment. Overall, while there were a few issues, the friendly staff and Christmas dinner were highlights of the stay. Hopefully, the ongoing renovations will improve the experience in the future. Just a heads up, this resort will soon be managed by the Hilton Group.
