Ulasan Lacasa Sapa Hotel

Tinggal di sebuah suite. Ada celah di jendela seukuran jari dan menghadap ke jalan raya. Anda dapat mendengar semuanya seperti di dalam tenda. Percuma memanaskan ruangan dengan AC. Di malam hari suhunya +8. Saluran pembuangan bak mandi bocor. Harga promosinya adalah $25 - ini adalah batas harga untuk ruangan tersebut.

Kekurangannya sepertinya kurang kedap suara, suara bising terdengar dari kamar sebelah. Air panasnya keluarnya agak telat, tapi selain itu semuanya baik-baik saja. Stafnya sangat baik dan ramah ^^!

They are kind and understanding enough to change my booking date for a day without extra charges. Location is near the center and can have all the restaurants and rentel services just by walking. Breakfast is also fair to have at the hotel. Totally great.

We choose Suite & Superior Room. These room was specious, clean, stable hot water & with complete amenities. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of delicious choices from Pho up to spaghetti.. One time we have room service and dine in, also good and big portion. Staff were friendly & attentive to our needs. Thank you LaCasa!

Every help and kindness was offered to my friend and I while staying at Lacasa Hotel, Sapa, including very early checkin and very late check out, lots of water and a voucher for a foot spa. All the staff including the dining room staff were very personable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The manager Anh was exceptional. Thank you Lacasa.

room not at all like the photos, no hot water, stains on the sheets, leaky toilet, windows that don't close so lots of noise... this hotel has only its location to envy. We decided to leave after only one night, and the staff did nothing for us except offer us another room one floor down, even though we had taken the suite on the highest floor. Avoid this hotel, which will take your money no matter your stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at La Casa Sapa from 18 - 21 Dec 22. Room was huge, about 30% larger than what we had at another hotel (and not at a higher price); bedding was clean. Heater (heater function of the Daikin aircon unit) really saved us from the ~0 deg temperatures and wind chills. Hot water was consistently available, even after midnight, and always at good temperatures. Breakfast buffet was very filling. Ambience was great: hot sweet tea available at the lobby, a warm fireplace whilst we were waiting for transport, nice decor, calming music, etc - and a convenient minimart with daily essentials, food, and clothing that opens till 10.00pm (given that the sun sets around 6.00pm, was good enough vs venturing to mom & pop convenience stores outside in the cold). I only wish the beds were softer / pillows were thicker, but given the excellent comfort and service - not to mention, especially, the friendly, ever-present help from Anh, hotel manager, who provided even more help not mentioned here! - we really appreciated our stay, and will definitely be coming back next year.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpfl.

All the staff were exceptional and the hotel manager made our every need was taken care of. Really had a great time in Sapa and staying at Lacasa Sapa made most everything a short walk away.
