This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in Japan within reasonable prices. I was visiting Center for computational science, Tsukuba University. The shuttle service of the hotel is very nice and convenient. If you are visiting KEK this hotel is also perfect. The one thing I love about the hotel is the public bath and the Sauna.
One thing is missing is the public bus information. That is a bit confusing if you are travelling from the Tsukuba center.

Qiao361 is a newly built garden house adjacent to Gakuen Higashi Street, Tsukuba's main street. It is about 10 minutes by car or 18 minutes by public transportation from Tsukuba Station. Nearby are the University of Tsukuba, Tsukuba University Hospital, NTT Tsukuba Science R&D Center, and the Institute of Disaster Prevention Science and Technology. We have a spacious parking space for 3 cars, and are well-equipped and easy to use.

The room is relatively small, but it has everything, clean and sanitary, with a safe and refrigerator. It is very good for one person to live in. The hotel uses a credit card to take the elevator, which is safe and guaranteed. The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective. 추가 요금으로 체크아웃 시간을 늦출 수 있는 것도 좋았으며 호텔 내부에 있는 대욕탕 시설 역시 좋았습니다.
직원분들 응대 역시 친절 했고, 방도 전체적으로 여타 호텔들에 비해서 넓은 공간이었다고 생각합니다.
가성비를 따졌을 때, 가성비면에서도 최고 이며 개인적으로 대욕탕 시설이 있는 곳을 좋아해서 다시 한 번 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

If the hotel is expensive, the hotel also has instant noodles. But it is recommended to try dinner, it is delicious. Hot springs: There is an open air! if you are willing to! You can go to the bubble 24 hours a day! And very few people! One word: cool! A variety of skin care, cleaning products, are also very easy to use (sensitive skin measured), it is worthwhile to try to empty. Room: The room is spacious and it looks like which one you booked. Shrine: The Tsukuba Shrine is going out and turning right. When you look up at the hotel door, you will see the bird house. From that bird house, you will enter. ZzidanegoCame to Tsukuba to visit a friend, and booked the hotel because it was close to his home. The room was clean when I checked in, and there was no odor. The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters left from Tsukuba Express A5 exit, and there are supermarkets and shopping malls within 200 meters. The front desk staff has a translator, so it is no problem to check in without speaking Japanese. The hotel service staff is enthusiastic and the service response is also very fast. The room is cleaned every three days by default, which is not a big problem for short stays. I have a few complaints about the room hardware. First of all, the air conditioner, sometimes it can't be turned on after turning it off, and the panel shows an error, and it is fine after a while. And the wifi, when you leave the room and come back or turn off the computer and turn on the connection, you always have to wait for 5 or 6 minutes to access all websites normally. Overall, the hotel is good value for money.

TTravellingAllTheTimeHotel location is behind a few malls with many options for food. For a parking spot it costs 1000yen from check in to check out. It was a good hotel with a main and annex building. It’s starting to look its age but can see the staff very hardworking and friendly which is always a plus. I hope the hotel can start to refurbish in stages as the room has many scuff marks however it’s a good place for one or two nights stay. Thank you.

Because it was a Bon Festival holiday, it may not be possible to make the amount high, but it is too high. I won't stay even if I get 10000. The rice may be good, but there was a dish that did not come out. I think it would be good if I only took a bath.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here on business at Tsukuba University. This hotel is often crowded with people on weekends for weddings and the like, and although it is old, there were no particular issues. It was also convenient that there was a microwave in front of the elevator on the guest floor.
To get to Tsukuba University, it was a short walk to Tsukuba Station, then a bus ride from there, about 30 minutes. There aren't many shops or restaurants around Tsukuba Station itself, and at night there is really nothing there. There are chain restaurants lined up along the main roads around the hotel, but it was inconvenient that the convenience stores were far away.
It's a little far from the station, so if you make more than one round trip a day it can be a bit of a hassle.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the Tsukuba Mountain Scenic Area, and most of the guests are local families who come to climb the mountain and hike. The hotel is seven floors high, and the scenery on the Kanto Plain is not bad, and the hygiene is still clean. The portion of the meal and breakfast food is enough, but the exquisiteness is lacking.
The disadvantage is probably because it is mainly to entertain local guests, the hotel front desk basically does not speak English. There is no bell captain to help with luggage, parking and carrying suitcases are all on the guests themselves.

GGuest UserThere is a bus stop 30 meters from the entrance of the hotel, and it is quite convenient to travel. There is a noodle restaurant across the street, and there is also a family not far away. The service is really good, the Japanese are very polite, and the store experience 99 points.
