We had a problem with our airline tickets and we needed help from the lobby and they helped us solve our problem by calling the airline and dealing with the airline in Spanish it took 40 minutes on hold. Ms Eliana was very accommodating during the check-in process and the room was very comfortable, although the bathroom is quite small. Breakfast the following morning was very good. Receptionists are very helpful. Highly recommended hotel"
