Elevator was out of service. The room had no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger. There was no remote for the TV. The breakfast had no hot water available unless it was by heating water in the microwave.
The bathroom sink stopper didn’t work so I couldn’t fill the basin with water.
I go every two weeks and every 2 weeks they take a $50 deposit that is not mentioned on the ******* booking site.

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The hotel was clean. They’ve recently done some remodeling updates and it looked nice. The beds are only full size and firm but clean. The breakfast was mediocre, missing some proteins but had the standard waffles, cereal, toast and juice. The food was fresh and tasty. Overall, I was happy with the hotel for the cost of our stay and we would stay here again.

Shower didn’t work properly. Toilet paper was hard and scratchy. The guy that checked me in had a very musty smell that was very offensive. Breakfast was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, the attendant was sitting on his computer at a table and dealing with food SMH. Old, outdated hotel but the lobby was BEAUTIFUL!

It was nice except the manager kept calling me accusing me of smoking in the rooms when I told him it wasn’t me he barged into my room to inspect this happened for 3 days in a row. It wouldn’t have been an issue if I was actually a smoker. That part was very frustrating during a horrible time of being homeless and away from my children so I
