"I made a reservation requesting a lower bunk bed. My legs and hips are not normal. but did not receive attention I got a 2nd floor bed. It was difficult to get on. There was no handrail to prevent falling. I don't drink water because I'm afraid it won't be convenient to get in and out of bed. Moreover, the mattress makes loud noises when I move my body. **It's all my problem. Dormitory rooms are not suitable for me."

"The hotel was nice and affordable. Nice breakfast, clean and fresh. However, there was no air conditioning in the room so it was completely unbearable in terms of heat with a small fan. The windows could only be opened a little so it was not possible to air it out. But it was very hot outside so that is an explanation but we did not get much sleep at night. Highly recommended when it is not so hot.  Homely Chesterfield atmosphere with nice armchairs and furnishings."

"As a Radisson VIP member, I had high expectations for my stay, but was left disappointed by the hotel’s service. While the hotel itself is satisfactory, the staff’s handling of a simple situation fell far short of what I would expect from a reputable brand. In our room, there was a box of candies placed at a child’s eye level. Naturally, my young son assumed it was a complimentary treat and started to open it. I stopped him before any candies were eaten and immediately brought the unopened box to the front desk to explain the situation. Despite my efforts and the fact that nothing was consumed, the staff consulted with the hotel manager and still insisted I pay NOK 95 for the opened box. At any other high-end hotel, management would have understood the situation and waived the charge as a gesture of goodwill—especially for a loyal VIP guest. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Overall, this experience left me very disappointed and made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially close to Trondheim Central Station. The common areas are also very nicely designed. I stayed 5 nights and the room was not cleaned once (not even the trash was taken out). The breakfast was very good, but it had its drawbacks (it didn't have more than one type of coffee, and it didn't have fried eggs, as usual). Personally, I liked the various cornflakes (with milk). From the Norwegian cuisine, I singled out the herring (it had caviar in a tube, but no salmon) and the delicious brown cheese!"
