The location is kind of out there but it was a good place to grab a night's sleep and easy to get on the road in the morning. Good breakfast.

Our room was comfortable and the hotel was in a convenient location. There were hockey tournament people here who were disruptive. Loud, children running up and down halls, drunk adults in the lobby. The breakfast bar was a disaster zone. The pool was a mess and had no towels.

One of the 2 rooms we rented was infested with bed bugs. They upgraded the room with one that was worth $30 more than the ine with bed bugs. No need to say we didn't sleep well and lost the following morning cleaning every piece of clothing we had with us. Pretty disapointing custumer service experience.

The only thing i did not like is the heating , in the night it was really cold.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was very disappointing. The hotel is located near an arena, and there was a hockey tournament this weekend. There were dozens of teenagers intoxicated and screaming in the hallway from 10 PM to 2 am. The poor security guard was overwhelmed and was not able to control them. We could sense that this hotel is usually okay despite being a bit overpriced. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. We understand that some events are out of the hotel's control, but we were extremely disappointed by the customer service the next morning. We were told that "things like that happen", that "it's out of their control, and they cannot start reimbursing customers for things like that". No excuse, no manager on the weekend to talk. It was a bit rude for a small family that didn't sleep that night.

Great property, been here many times. Rooms, hotel are very clean

I had ripped towels on the edges basically falling apart, and then they after two days they cleaned my room and had another ripped towel, and one good towel. To give them credit the towels looked cleaned just needed to be taken out of services especially if you are to give them to a guest. Never had that happen to me in a hotel.

Check-in was very pleasant, staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate for this level, the room was spotless and surprisingly comfortable. Everything we needed was there from USB plugs, to electricity sockets, to wardrobe space, hanging space, and aircon/heating that worked and was easy to control.
