Completely overrated. The property is in the middle of a field, a 5 minute bus ride (free bus passes included) from the town of Brunico (don't bother). The front desk is a disaster. Generally understaffed for the expected quality of the hotel. We were told the room was ready but instead of receiving the key we were told to sit outside (nice weather) withan awful glass of Prosecco. When we were ignored for 20 minutes we tried to find the manager who gave us the key... but the room was not ready. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. The room was not what we had reserved (there is an extensive array of sizes and decors). When we went to inquire, we only then learned there is an afternoon buffet for guests - cakes, coffee, cold cuts. Why we weren't told this defies belief. Breakfasts are not good. Staff had an attitude. We couldn't imagine dinner there - luckily there is a decent Asian restaurant 50m away. The rooms are spacious, and I suspect the spa is the real draw here. But other than that, why would one go?

A hotel with great facilities: from a lovely swimming pool to superb moutainbikes. Rooms are spacious and our bathroom was nearly a ballroom. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with a lovely variety of choice. Staff were the best, always smiling and friendly and our saviours when we got stuck on our hike due to storm dammage. When near Bruneck we will be back!!! ♥️

The main characteristic of this hotel is the professionalism. The staff was very kind and attentive. The breakfasts and dinners were unforgettable. The room was big with pleasant atmosphere. Very big bathroom! The bed was very comfortable. Good location for doing excursions into the Dolomites. We have received "Südtirol card" with which you can travel by bus and train in South Tirol free of charge, and you can enter into many museums also free of charge.

This hotel is just amazing! We stayed here couple of days in 2022, and as soon as we went back to Italy in 2023 it was a must to visit this hotel again. Its so comfy, cosy and calm athmosphere here. Also very friendly personal, great restaurant with delicious food, big rooms with good standard and a beautiful outside area. Higly recomend this hotel!

Great service, frindly staff and excellent breakfast/dinner. Pool and SPA area kept at high standard. Located in the area close to Brunico whete you can go for a night walk downtown and to lifts where you can enjoy in activities (hicking/bicking) at the Kronplatz area.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, fantastically close to the ski resort. The food and amenities were wonderful, but the staff were the ones who made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Wonderful stay in a fabulous hotel.

Traveled with family. One of the nicest and best hotels we have been to. Very friendly staff, great food, spacious rooms, majestic spa with the best outdor sauna area, indoor and outdor kids area. Near ski slopes, perfect conection via hotel minibus.

second time in Hotel Majestic in Brunico and for sure we will return!! delicious food with variety of choice for everyone and perfect service. Extremely friendly atmosphere (waitresses, drivers, receptionist etc.), fantastic SPA and swimming pools. For me the best place in Kronplatz!
