Perfect place with perfect meals and service!

The room smell really bad and dirty. The atitude of the manager is very bad when they were ask for help from a foreigner. Feel more like a smelly home stay than a hotel. The only things that good is dinner!

The foreigner staffs are good.

료칸이라 깨끗하지는 않았으나 온센은 좋았고 위치도 좋았다 석식은 너무 마음에 들었고 푸짐했다. 일본의 전통을 느끼려면 한번은 가지만 청결하지는 않아 두번은 가고싶지는 않다. 특히 실내에서 담배를 피워 지속적으로 냄새가 나서 너무 싫었다. 아이들이 있는 가족들에게는 추천하고싶지 않다

Location: very near to the rest of the onsen. Service: I booked this hotel as it was marketed as “kids friendly” onsen hotel on various websites, and kids yukata are available etc. I was told by the staff that kids yukata needs to pay a separate fee of JPY300 per set. Meals are strictly 1 hour only. They will collect the food once the time is up, regardless if you are done or not. I’ve got 2 toddlers and I struggle to meet the 1 hour timeline of feeding them plus myself. Unfortunately my food was cleared before I can finish them. Rooms: Rooms are ok, nothing worth mentioning. Onsen is small.
