"Hello, I booked a room at the Hotel L'Univers for Valentine's Day. I came with my wife and then we made a reservation at the restaurant for a special Valentine's Day menu. We were asked to arrive before 9:30 p.m., which we did to get the menu that was intended for us, except that we arrived well before to be sure of having the special Valentine's Day menu. We arrived at 8:45 p.m. and we were told that it was too late and that there was no longer enough for everyone, so I am very disappointed. I express my disappointment. I say that I made the reservation a week in advance and that I was promised that we were entitled to a special Valentine's Day menu. After expressing our dissatisfaction several times, we were offered to make the menu that had been agreed but with a limited quantity. It is really a shame for such an establishment because the place is magnificent. The hotel with swimming pool, jacuzzi and hammam is wonderful but the catering is not up to the author of the establishment. Very disappointed. We reported the incident to the reception on the day of our departure and we were deducted €40 from the price of the special Valentine's Day menu but we would have preferred to pay the agreed price and be served correctly as agreed so it's a shame for such an establishment"

"We stayed here for 3 nights in June. I believe we were in room 25 which was just the most comfortable and loveliest of rooms. Our extremely comfortable bed was in a very spacious room. The bathroom was superb with its deep huge bathtub and separate walk in shower with a rain showerhead. The staff was wonderful, especially the tall man who was there during most days. Breakfast was wonderful and varied."
