Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Location was near both beaches and nightlife without being so close as to be annoying. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

Really great stay unlike the comments I read which scared me 🙄☺️ Attentive customers and lots of advice, I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel better than the pictures but has extremely loud music playing all day. Very loud at night with lots of young people partying. Great buffet breakfast

The hotel is in a good location, with a beautiful beach nearby. Supermarkets, shopping, and transportation are all very convenient. There is a direct bus to downtown Palma. The scenery of the hotel is unparalleled! Located on the cliff, the independent parasol position allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery The hygienic condition of the hotel is average, the toiletries are very difficult to use, the towels are dirty and old, the quilt is not clean, and dried bugs can be seen. The quilt may be damp at the beach, and there are no slippers or toiletries. Please bring your own disposable toiletries. Otherwise there will be a charge The breakfast is great, with many varieties and quite delicious The service staff has a very good attitude.

I will definitely be recommending this place - thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hotel sea view was absolutely perfect. Got to watch the sunset every night. The main ***** of the beach was easily accessible and so many restaurants to choose from. Variety of the buffet was excellent too and very tasty. Staff were always so helpful and welcoming.

Great hotel on the beach. We had a room in the annex building with a balcony on the sea side. Neat room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was very extensive with a lot of choice. The beach side is beautiful, but it has the disadvantage that many young people can be heard in the early morning who end their night out on the beach. There is nothing the hotel can do about that, but it is useful to know. I suspect it will only be during high season. Swimming pool a bit small but lovely water. Just more than a great hotel. Oh yes: super service downstairs at the reception. The ladies speak 5 languages ​​and are not afraid to arrange anything.

Nice Hotel. Breakfast and Dining area spotless which is excellent. Great location. Nice friendly staff. View from breakfast level was AMAZING! My view from room was awful, I had end room so my balcony faced a wall and had some garbage from other guests thrown down into it. Cleared that up myself. Room size excellent! Really felt at home in my room. Bathroom had some cleanliness issues, saw many short curly light brown hairs on sink, shower floor, on shower gel and shower handle. But this didn’t ruin anything. For the room, the only thing I will say is it’s missing basic hotel room items like kettle tea/coffee making facilities. Body cream little bits like that in the bathroom. Apart from that it was a great stay and I would return!

Hotel a little high up for those who don't like hills 😁 otherwise everything is ok except perhaps in the evening when some people don't respect others (slamming doors, children in the corridors screaming) but hey it's the life in community. Very welcoming staff, very clean. Be careful if you rent a car that is difficult to park.
