Was traveling with the family. Stopped by for lunch. First, beautiful land and buildings. The pool was very busy and people seemed to be having a good time. There was no signage showing where anything was. Literally stumbled across the restaurant while wandering around. They looked closed, they assured me they were open, we were the only people there for about an hour. Outside of the pool area, we only saw one other family and a couple. Like other reviews have said, staff needs to smile. No one seems happy. The service was just okay. The food was VERY good! Just wished it hadn't taken 45 minutes. We thought about staying the night, but after the experience with the staff, we decided to push on.

Rooms are stuffy with poor lighting, discoloured towels and beddings. Hotel is a bit run down, shower tiles falling apart. Service can be improved upon and do something about WiFi in the rooms. Food was average.
