Ulasan Chelsea Hotel Toronto

Hotel Chelsea sangat dekat dengan Universitas Toronto, stasiun bus, bank, dan supermarket. Lokasinya sangat bagus dan harganya tidak terlalu mahal. Meskipun tidak ada lemari es di kamar dan Anda dapat menikmati es batu di sudut lantai yang sama. Dan kondisi kamarnya cukup kumuh, seperti karpet yang kotor, volume air keran tidak mudah dikontrol.....

Chelsea memiliki semua yang kami butuhkan dan lebih banyak lagi. Berteriaklah kepada Johnathan di meja depan dan Will di petugas untuk semua bantuan mereka. Ini adalah kunjungan kami yang ke-2 dan kali ini kami ditempatkan di bagian biru. Bagian ini sedikit lebih bagus daripada bagian merah yang kami tinggali sebelumnya. Kamar memiliki furnitur yang lebih bagus, TV yang lebih besar, dan balkon yang menghadap ke Jalan Yonge. Kami benar-benar menikmati masa menginap kami.

Setelah semua yang terjadi (pemesanan kami dibatalkan tanpa sepengetahuan kami) semua orang membantu memberi kami kamar. Kamar kami di Chelsea sangat bagus. Kecuali selimutnya yang menyentuh lantai. Layanannya sempurna dan fasilitasnya "luar biasa". Kolam renang/pusaran air/sauna benar-benar yang terbaik. Minggu kami adalah yang luar biasa).

A very large hotel directly in the city centre so accessible to all folks. Can be a little overwhelming with 1500+ hotel rooms. No rooftop bar just a pool and viewing terrace. WiFi was fast enough.

Great location in downtown Toronto. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t turn the AC on ourselves. Somebody from the front desk came and helped us, but we weren’t able to control the temperature after that. I’m not sure if that’s an overall issue or just a problem with our room.

On June 25th my wife and I stayed at the Chelsea for 1 night. We have been clients of Chelsea since it was first constructed many years ago. We had a very disappointed stay this time because, as we waited on Gerrard St to enter the underground parking (quite congested) we were given a $200 parking violation by a parking representative who stated we were blocking the bike lane. We were in line for approximately 10 minutes and considered it normal traffic congestion in Toronto. We remained in our car and eventually entered the parking garage. I have disputed the parking ticket, but also feel that Chelsea has to take some ownership in this situation. There were a couple of vehicles in front of the hotel without occupants that should have been moved and this would have given much easier access to the parking. As of today Chelsea will not be a top preference for future visits to Toronto.

A large hotel which provides accomodation for many air crew staff. Location is good. There is a supermarket nearby which offers much convenience. Two indoor swimming pools and one fitness centre. A long queue during check out as there are only two staff in the front desk which is undesirable.

A nicely renovated hotel; great customer service; friendly and very helpful staff; affordable pricing.

Gym was so much better than other gym. Was very surprised by how much equipment there was. Hotel room could be more up to date but bed was clean.

Everything is fantastic. Great hotel in a very good localization

Not bad. First, the photos on the website differ significantly from reality. The rooms were much less comfortable than they were pictured. Secondly, the service also did not meet expectations. There were some questions about the card to get to the room .

It was excellent stay, we enjoyed every moment.

Not bad hotel but a bit old needs some renovation

A rather old hotel but is located at a convenient spot, hygiene is overall good but the room is not too spacious, quite pricey as well
