Very client-oriented reception. Always helpful and caring. Five stars! Was upgraded to pool view which is indeed nice but as well with higher noise exposure (at 1.30am and 3.00am, had to call staff as guests were partying loudly). The rooms are new and nicely designed. DJ music at the beach good but a lot of wasps (must be nests nearby) and literally all sunbeds are „reserved“ by guests by leaving suncream or a shirt on bed before 10am. Breakfast and lunch good, dinner I would go for the hotel‘s a-la-carte restaurant. You cannot order snacks to the sunbed, only drinks. Hotel has a good all-inclusive program.

The hotel is gorgeous. Good service, food is very varied. Large room.

The hotel is chic, very tasty, high-quality alcohol. The rooms are beautiful, everything is clean. I recommend it 😀.

Great service and super clean. Great food and beautiful beach. I can't find enough words to describe this place. I highly recommend it. It's very safe and serves a variety of food. I like that this restaurant is dedicated to me. Thanks to my brother Bardan, he is very good.

We had a fabulous time at this resort as we celebrated a family wedding. The staff was amazing and took care of many of the needs of all guests. The beach club restaurant and bar was fantastic and had made really good food. The buffet had a lot of choices. We went swimming in the pool, although it was a little chilly for October. The ocean made up for it as it was nice and warm for the most part. Great place to have a wedding.

Took a 4 day mini break and had the worst experience. Pool closed on day 2 and all sunbeds were removed overnight. A crane arrived on day 3 and lifted construction materials onto the poolside all day long. Construction all over the hotel and grounds, heavy machinery and trucks moving about and construction workers everywhere. There was no food or drink available on our last day and all the sun beds were removed from the beach so nowhere to sit. Told by reception we had to leave the hotel on checkout at 12:00 despite transfer to airport being at 17:45. Appalling.

The service at this hotel was extremely poor other than the lady who took drinks orders on the beach. The buffet food was always cold and you would actively have to wave staff down to order a drink despite the hotel being near empty. On our final day here now and all of the pool beds have been removed in preparation for a wedding that nobody informed us about. We have also been told that we have to leave the hotel entirely when we check out at 12pm tomorrow because of the wedding. The hotel was busy full of workman and equipment to set up for this wedding which was not a luxurious experience. We were never aware of this and had booked a late flight in the hope of enjoying a full final day. This is the same for several guests who like us are all extremely unimpressed. So we now have to find something to do 8 hours before heading to the airport with all of our luggage. One positive was that the rooms are very nice. Overall definitely not a 5 star hotel experience and would not recommend this to anyone.

We had my sons wedding at the Hyde It was a magical experience Every department member of staff and management made it Special and we could not fault anything they did. Every guest commented on the professionalism of the Hotel They treated us as family and we shall be back to celebrate our lifelong memories

Absolutely beautiful clean fantastic service. Great food excellent beach can’t say enough about the facility. Highly recommend it. It is very safe gives your variety of food. I like it that it’s totally and adult facility. Highly recommend a Hyde Beach Restaurant.

Amazing stay—we attended an Indian wedding, and the food, service, and staff were incredible. Everyone was in great spirits and made our holiday special. Even the location—the pool and beach were stunning, and the water was so warm. We would definitely recommend it and come back!

Amazing and attentive service - food was of super quality and variety - ambience was perfect- thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a perfect wedding ! Weather was ideal , the speed of service could be faster and the music by poolside in the afternoon was a little too load for those who enjoy an afternoon nap . Overall recommend this hotel.
