We had a wonderful stay at Dishang Resort in Wuzhen, and here are some highlights from my experience: Location: The resort is conveniently situated inside the West Gate Scenic Spot, allowing guests to explore the area freely, even after it closes to the public. The view is stunning—peaceful and filled with a serene atmosphere. Check-in: The check-in counter is located right at the entrance to the West Gate Scenic Spot, with the entrance fee included for resort guests. The added perk is that you’re allowed multiple entries and exits throughout your stay. Buggy Service: A buggy service is available for guests, making it easy to travel around the scenic spot and explore its many sights without much hassle. Room: Our room was very spacious, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to the Family Room during check-in. The living area between the two rooms was especially comfortable, and both bathrooms were large, with a bathtub. The only downside was that the toilet seat wasn’t heated, which would have been a nice touch. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offered a decent variety, including many local dishes. It was a good way to start the day, though it wasn’t extraordinary. Service: The reception staff were excellent—very helpful and informative. When we arrived, most restaurants within the scenic spot were closed, but the receptionist kindly suggested a few places for lunch, which was greatly appreciated since we were starving. Overall Experience: Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Wah I really enjoyed alots to stay at this hotel..even though this hotel is awesome for family activities and I come with friend without kid, I also enjoyed staying here. You will be treated like a VIP as you are the one can enter the WU village with the wrist band provided besides WU ZHEN. Everywhere in this place is nice for photo shooting. I also enjoyed having five free beautiful photos from 伯爵旅拍. The service from the hotel staffs is great and helpful. The hotel provided a variety of breakfast and I can visit to Wu Zhen for a 早茶客visit as well.

It is within 2 hours of driving distance from Shanghai. The housekeeper will contact us one day in advance + WeChat. Provide the location, remind some check-in matters, send a small program to view some activities and schedules in the hotel, which is very considerate. Puyuan Ancient Town is newly developed, so there are naturally advantages and disadvantages. Let me share them briefly: Advantages: 1. We spent 3 days and 2 nights in Qingming Festival, and walked around the hotel for about 7788. The place is really big and avoids crowds. It’s good👍 2. There are many interactive experience projects in the hotel, some are paid and some are free. Our package includes: singing bowl therapy for two, travel photography (no appointment), (breakfast at Song Street Xiaoshi), afternoon tea for two 3. The housekeeper service is considerate, the mini bar in the room is free for the first round, the room is quiet, and the internal disposable supplies are complete (bath bag, bath salt) Disadvantages: 1. The hotel is near Fushansi (the deepest part of the ancient town). Newcomers are not familiar with the terrain. There is no complete system introduction. It is really difficult to get in with just a map. Every time I call a taxi to the ancient town, I can only use the main traffic artery, so some core scenic spots cannot be reached 2. The road signs in the scenic area are very small, and the paths and signs are not clear enough 3. The snack streets in the ancient town are too few and there are only a few. Recruit investors as soon as possible and attract more business cooperation to promote the cultural and economic development of the ancient town. Overall, it is suitable for those who want to find a quiet place to relax. The internal landscape and temple construction have taken a lot of thought, which is worthy of praise👍

Excellent location for the Wuzhen water town attraction. Our “Muyue” room was modern and cozy, ridden with high tech. Voice control curtains and lights. Certainly it required Mandarin with decent intonation (Xiǎo ài tóngxué）. Heated toilet seat with touch-less flushing. The breakfast was a work of art by the hostess. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste. The hostess was so nice to offer free laundry service while we were indulging in the “Venices of the East”. She even refused to accept our gratuity.

Excellent, helpful, and superb service with a smile from their heart. Location is very close to amenities, especially eateries, restaurants and the place of interest. 👍 👍 👍 Thank you very much. We, my hubby and me have enjoyed our stay.

It was already midnight in Wuzhen. I chose several hotels and finally decided on his home. We were not disappointed. The hotel was really good, clean and hygienic. The little brother at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It was very close to Xizha. It was a few hundred meters away. I will set his home next time.

The B&B has a nice environment and a good location. It is very close to the scenic spot and can be reached by walking. The B&B has an outdoor movie that is always playing. You can watch it. There are koi in the pond, which is very big and has been there for several years. You can ask the front desk for fish food. The room is very clean and the air conditioning is OK. I didn't expect there are mosquitoes in December. The customer service is very good and they will send me a guide as a reference. It's good.

The hotel service is very good, very enthusiastic, and the attitude is particularly great. It is also close to the scenic area, and it is very convenient to get in and out. Parking is right next to it, and there are charging piles, which are particularly convenient. Overall, it is very comfortable. The store manager is also very attentive, patient and polite. The food and photos he recommended to us are very good. He is so thoughtful and brought us a better experience on our trip! Very satisfied with the stay!
