The design of the room is a little odd but overall is ok mainly becoz it is still very new. However becoz the entire resort is TOO NEW, there are TOO MANY places still under construction (many paths shown on map that actually are dead-end), so lack of signage and unorganized shuttle car for hotel guests that we were lost when we try to head back to hotel at night after dinner from the restaurant inside the resort (called the so-called assistance hotline was just a message telling me they are not available)...
Basically this resort isn't ready for visit unless you just want to take pictures with old houses (and no people) as background.

Wuzhen Gate No. 2 is a bit LOW. You can see the entrance when you open the window. If you are over 70 years old, remember to turn right and go to the service hall to make an appointment to exchange for free tickets. There are discounts for eating and buying water. I ate breakfast and dinner. The steamed dumplings, fried dough sticks and soy milk for breakfast are delicious. The projector is very good at night. It would be better if you can watch TV live. The software used always plays ads, a little complaint. There are many accommodations in the scenic area, but the experience is average. I am glad that I didn’t live in it. I am afraid that it will be creepy to live in a remote corner at night. Environment: Surprising B&B. I came here just before the May Day peak. The location is next to the Xizha Scenic Area, but it is very quiet. The huge landscape balcony in the room is really amazing. There is a large area of green as far as the eyes can see. There are frogs singing at night and birds singing in the morning. There are various flowers and trees in the courtyard, pools and swing chairs. From time to time, you can smell the fragrance of various flowers, making me feel at ease I have no intention of going out to play.
Service: The host is a handsome guy 😍 When you check in, you will prepare welcome fruit (ps is fresh and super sweet!), will help you carry your luggage, and give you a hand gift. The experience is great!
Facilities: The facilities in the room are complete and very clean. The only downside is that the sound insulation is not particularly good. It should be a common problem of all homestays. Anyway, in such a beautiful environment, everything is not important haha.
Will definitely choose again when I come to Wuzhen again!

Not many people come to Wuzhen for tourism in winter. This homestay has floor heating, which is not easy to find at this price. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious. I reserved 3 rooms for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. The hotel receptionist assisted to have all 3 rooms within the same block beside allow us check in at noon instead of 3pm. She even upgraded one of my room with jacuzzi inside too. She recommends the restaurant just next to the hotel which the foods served are yummy super delicious yet affordable price. The rest serves own make salted pork and fish which go well with rice quite a unique delicious taste. I highly recommend this hotel for distance, convenience and services in Wuzhen vacation. Great location, Great services and above all Great value for money.

LlschungWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way.
Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay.
Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting.
The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay.
In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

MMingSeeThe hotel (Wangjinli) is one of the furthest in from the XiZha entrance, near the Pagoda. This gives a little more privacy, where less public walking around the hotel vicinity. Shuttle service is included, so it’s easy to move around if you do not want to walk so much. Room is wide and clean. Bed is a bit dated, but it’s clean. Our room had a good view, enjoyed our stay. Would come again!

JJae YeeBooked two rooms at Waterside Resort for family of four. We had enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staffs are all helpful and friendly. Wuzhen is very beautiful and as we came at off peak season, got to enjoy photo taking with not much crowd around. Highly recommend Waterside Resort - the hotel with most rooms available within Wuzhen resort. 👍🏼

Yyunt mingWe booked 2 rooms for two nights. Receptionist 纪丹阳 was very helpful and upgraded riverside rooms for us. We had a very good quality buffet breakfast.The location was very good as the rooms are inside the scenic area so we enjoyed taking photos in the morning and at night before 10 pm without crowd in the scenic area.I recommend to stay in this hotel at least one night in this scenic area to enjoy day and night experience.我们订了两间房，住两晚。前台接待员季丹阳非常乐于助人，还给我们升级了河边房。我们享用了非常优质的自助早餐。位置非常好，因为房间就在景区内，所以我们早上和晚上 10 点之前都可以拍照，景区内没有拥挤的人流。我建议在这个景区至少在这家酒店住一晚，享受白天和夜晚的体验。

GGuest UserThe room is very in line with the characteristics of Wuzhen. The store is next to an exit of Xizha. It is very convenient to return to the store for accommodation. The girl at the front desk is very nice and has various recommendations. If you ask, you will get a satisfactory answer. There is also Xiaojiu, my child. I loved it so much that I was reluctant to leave when I left ^_^

The service at Alila Wuzhen was exceptional. Both the room service and front desk staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. The front desk took the time to carefully explain all the facilities to us, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our stay
One of the highlights of our trip was dining at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance was enhanced by a stylish setting surrounded by bamboo. This thoughtful design created a sense of privacy for each table, making our dining experience even more enjoyable
I was also pleased to discover that the gym is open 24 hours, which is a significant advantage for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was kept at a warm temperature, allowing us to take a refreshing swim even during the chilly winter nights
Lastly, the villa-type design of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Every corner is aesthetically pleasing, making it feel like a photo opportunity at every step. Overall, Alila Wuzhen exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!
