Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at DiShang Hotel , and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from the room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

A really lovely and cozy place to stay 😍 a stone throw away from the west gate of wuzhen. Located on a quiet street that’s full of other home stays (not sure if it’s due to non-peak winter period). Owner is friendly and helpful. There’s no lift and he assisted with carrying luggage to upstairs. Homestay designs and decorations, amenities are great. Breakfast is well presented, comfort food. Ordered tea as well as it’s one of their signatures.

The room is new and clean, with a projection screen on the TV and floor-to-ceiling windows. Parking is available at the hotel entrance. There are many restaurants in the 300-meter pedestrian street of Internet Town. Breakfast is good. For lunch and dinner, it is recommended to walk to the commercial street on the right turn of Longyuan Road. There are several good restaurants there, and Dianping also has them. In addition, there is no small refrigerator in the room, which is a bit inconvenient to store things (daily medicine, cosmetics, etc.). In addition, the hot water in the bathroom is very unstable. Sometimes it is very hot, and sometimes it is very cold. You have to adjust the water temperature when taking a shower. This is the biggest complaint. As for the other aspects of the room, there are not enough tables to put things, there is no large countertop, and there is no sofa for two people. Finally, let’s talk about the issue of entering and exiting nearby attractions. The disadvantage of accommodation outside the scenic area is that the ticket for entry is a one-time ticket, and once you leave, you cannot enter the next day. This is different from the hotels or B&Bs within the scenic area. But then again, the restaurant menus of the B&Bs within the scenic area are fixed (each one is the same, and the food is not as good as that of the restaurants outside the scenic area, unless it is a large hotel, the menus will be different). Finally, the tickets given in the Ctrip booking package were for the next day (not the day I checked in, so I went in to scan the QR code and found out that they were for the next day. I quickly contacted Ctrip to coordinate to change to the day's tickets, but the voice on the phone was very complicated and unsuccessful), so I lost 150 yuan. However, this is not the hotel's fault, but Ctrip's ticket booking service after-sales problem.

The hotel is very good and I will come here often in the future. It is very suitable for children. The room is large, the facilities are good, and the bedding is comfortable. Whether it is breakfast or other restaurants in the village, the food is very good. There are many activities for children, and the service is very detailed and the response is very timely. The hotel has a shuttle bus to various places in Wu Village, and it can also go to Dongxizha, which is very convenient. I originally stayed for one night and went to other places, but later changed my itinerary to stay for another night. It was really a good experience.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. When I was about to arrive, I called the hotel to ask if there was a parking space. The lady arranged it in time. The security uncle at the door was also very responsible and carefully instructed when parking. The variety of breakfast was just right, and the variety basically met the needs in the morning. Turn right and 50 meters away from the door, you will reach the parking lot of Xizha Scenic Area. At the end is the ticket hall and the entrance of the scenic area, which is very close, a five-minute walk. There are many delicious restaurants at the door. I tried two of them and they were both very good. If you go to Dongzha, you can enter and exit from the west gate of Dongzha, which is about 1.2 kilometers away. When I left the store, the hotel owner gave me a souvenir, which was delicious. If you come to Wuzhen Dongzha and Xizha to play, I recommend this one.

The room is very luxuriously decorated. There is a tea room and coffee shop in the public space on the first floor. There is a roof-lift attraction in the backyard. I heard it is a good place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, it was cloudy these two days, so I didn't go. The loft we stayed in had two floors, which was very interesting. The owner even added two quilts on the tatami downstairs. However, for family trips, it is recommended to choose a family room, as sleeping on tatami is a bit uncomfortable. But the photos are super nice.

we took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids. We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.
