Actually location is very good very close to West gate , if you prefer to rent a hotel outside gate so location is good, room is big ,but not clean at all even tea plates were dirty , floor was full of black hair(I am blond, no way it is mine) but shampoo and body wash smell very nice and quality is ok, hair dryer ac is working normally , the only problem for me that it was dirty and staff doesn't know English at all, and you don't have a view from window just big tree

Staff is friendly and nice, Walking distance to Wuzhen West Scenic district. Hotel also owns a restaurant opposite with nice food and discount for hotel guest. They also have a Hanfu rental below the hotel at discounted rates.

The road signs in the scenic area are very small, and the paths and signs are not clear enough 3. The snack streets in the ancient town are too few and there are only a few. However he did not offer to carry our luggage down for us when we checked or at about 9 am. The room is large and very clean. However the pillows are too soft and i have trouble sleeping. My worst complain is the plumbing. The first night was very quiet since the room upstairs was not occupied. However the second night was bad. Every time when someone upstairs flushed the toilet it sounds like a plane taking off. Even when they shower upstairs the noise was quite annoying. I was woken up a few times because of that. I was so glad that i was checking out the next day.
