I came here yesterday with my friend, Yu Yue. This place has a nice and cozy feeling to it. When you enter into the building, there’s a nice aroma.
As soon as I entered through the door, I enjoyed the decor of the room, the bed and the lights. The bathroom also look tight but clean, like- a sleek look.

Good location, very friendly staff. The staff were very helpful in helping foreign guests with their requests. thank you. The rooms were clean and warm. The bedding was fluffy and soft. The shower room was clean and had hot water. There are many restaurants around. I recommend it.

There was only one piece of toilet paper left and only three sheets of facial tissue. The slippers are of poor quality, the location is noisy, and the overall look is quite run-down. The front desk service is OK, but the hardware is a bit old.

There was a musty smell in the room, and I sprayed a lot of perfume to cover it up.
The breakfast is terrible, the waiter in the restaurant has a sullen face every day, as if I owe him money, and he doesn't use polite language when speaking. Is this a characteristic of Northeast China? The room was poorly soundproofed and the kid was woken up by his screams in the middle of the night. I told the front desk not to clean the room, but the waiter still went in to clean it. I give up. Better not to stay here

Facilities: Not good, the wash basin in the bathroom leaks, the bathroom is blocked, the water is not flowing, and the service attitude of the staff is not good enough
Service: There is no service staff in the restaurant. The service of collecting tickets is too poor. The food hygiene and quality are even worse. The variety is single. The management system of environment and sanitary conditions is even worse. Please ask the upper management to improve the management, strengthen and improve the quality of service staff (the restaurant is outsourced). It doesn't look like the internal restaurant of a hotel at all. It's just like a street vendor on the side of the road.

The room has a strong odor, the bathroom facilities are poor, and the front desk service attitude is poor. I arrived at the hotel at 9pm and asked for an upgrade because the room smelled bad. The waiter said no and that I had to pay the difference to upgrade. When I refused, he said he would refund me. How could I find a hotel in the middle of the night when I was unfamiliar with the place?

1. First of all, let’s talk about the cleanliness. I really can’t praise it. You will feel it when you check in.
2. Environment, Tonghua Railway Station is directly opposite, and it is also a Northeast Railway Station, so... imagine this environment.
3. Service, the girl at the front desk is quite good. In the breakfast room and guest room, she just makes a fool of herself every day, but this has little impact, so I gave it 3 stars.
4. The facilities and the environment of his home are actually very disharmonious. The hair dryer in the bathroom is from Dyson, and the curtains and other items are all automatic, so I gave it 4 stars.
The last thing I want to say is as shown below! The pickles in the breakfast room were actually moldy! ! ! I still didn’t believe it, so I asked my companion to confirm it many times under the light! ! !
