When we checked in, we were given a very small room with a small window, making it feel very cramped. We were changed to a slightly better room at our request, about 20 square meters. On the day we checked in, it was a Sunday. After returning from the hot springs at 10 pm, we called the front desk to ask about breakfast hours. We called five or six times, but the phone rang once or twice before being silenced. We couldn't call room service or the restaurant either, as the phone rang but no one answered. I went to the guestroom office on the third floor and asked a staff member, who told me it was from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The next morning, we went down for breakfast at 9:40 am, but the restaurant had already closed. At our request, we were given a few pieces of bread and the remaining pastries. I complained to the front desk, and they just gave us a fruit platter. Also, the room was poorly cleaned; the photo shows how the bed was made when we returned the next day."
