Classical hotel with modern facilities. We stayed in the Deluxe twin room, walk-in wardrobe with dressing table, bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub, and two basins, bedroom with lounge, dining table and desk. There are both 110/240 volt power supply everywhere in the room, which is really convenient if you need to use equipment using 240 volt power supply. The room is huge, a total of 54 square meters! Services were excellent, I called the hotel to let them know that we will be arriving around 7am due to the flight schedule, when we arrived at 6am, surprisingly, our room was ready to check in! Restaurants were superb and the strawberry afternoon tea in the lobby was excellent. Hotel also has a full size gym, a huge swimming pool and a big spa as well. Overall, it is a great hotel!

Very nice service. They all speak fluent English and know diff kind of languages. The rooms size is big and spacious, neat and tidy. Everyone is polite and helpful, greet you every time when you pass by. Definitely worth the money, but the only thing to complain is that rhere is no socket beside your bed which is inconvenient.

This was my 3rd time staying at the Peninsula Tokyo. It’s now my second home in Tokyo and they never fail to amaze me.

Great location by Hibiya station with private entrance/exit at the local basement. We appreciate the large closet and bathroom, which is spacious by any typical Japan room size. Could have done better with their daily in-room refreshment or welcome amenities especially for a luxury hotel. We got a pack of snack and that was it for the entire 4 nights stay. Otherwise, everything else is good and we enjoyed our stay!

The receptionist at the front door was not very helpful for booking of bouquet of customer. Sigh…..

這次準備在東京呆九天，預訂了半島，Janu，東京安縵和目黑雅敍園。現在已經住在安縵了，目前為止還是安縵最能打。東京半島可以直接忽略了，整個一個高層版如家，本來是衝著全球12家半島，住一家少一家的噱頭來的，結果這家半島整體主打一個老破舊，酒店老我能忍，但是連大堂坐的沙發都是肉眼可見的黑色舊污漬這你受得了麼。 6000一晚的酒店衹夠定一個標間的。樓下的禮賓服務聊勝於無吧，反正第二天沒體會到所謂什麼超五星酒店次日都能記住客户名字，退房倒是12:00準時打電話到房間催我。😂
