Great and good hotel.Very comfortable.Excellent ,like this hotel.

Even though the hotel is listed as non-smoking (at least on Trip), ashtrays are found in every single room… the central ventilation system also means that the rooms get the stench of your neighbours’ vices… totally a scam!

This hotel is very clean and cheap. Location is not bad very close to subway station. Window view is bery nice. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff had a terrible attitude, no smile and bad tone! (Everyone was the same) None of the 4 front desk staff came to check in, leaving people waiting! No notice after waiting for 20 minutes! The access card failed every day and I had to go to the front desk to find the staff, they always looked impatient to the guests. Do you think I really want to ask you for help? It was because your access card failed and didn't let me enter the room that I came to find you!!! 前台态度超差，没笑容语气差！（每个都一样） 4个前台工作人员都没一个人来办理入住，让人在一边干等！等20分钟都没任何通知！门禁卡每天都失灵要到前台找工作人员，她们总是一脸不耐烦对客人。你们觉得我很想找你们帮忙吗？是你们的门禁卡失灵不让我进房，我才来找你们啊！

Good place and easy access to subway. The room is good but it is a smoking hotel.

The room is nice but had very strong smell of cigarettes, the towels and bed sheets smelled like cigarettes very strongly. No hot water to shower. Don't book this hotel

Awesome place, very well located! I’ve been upgraded due to some work inside my room so my stay was great! The staff are trying the best to help you in English, I will come back here for sure!

Receptionist can't speak english. Hotel was cleaning. And near to metro station. I liked it

None of the clerks speak English. If you need some help from them, prepare your translation app beforehand.

Hotel in Hohhot was comfortable and with good location. Near is shopping center and metro station

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.
