Good location to stay as traveling is pretty convenient Quite quiet when sleeping Room is Pretty old design but ok for the price for one day stay. Good thing beside big c camera for shopping

I've stayed at this hotel before, and I love it's central location to all the important surrounding. The hotel is nice, and clean. They have a great breakfast buffet for a very good price. It has a good view of the train station and the street below. Staff is very helpful and nice, and would definitely stay here again when I go back to Shibuya

Great Location ! Close to everything. Great Staff and they let us leave luggage after checkout for a day.

The accommodations were very basic. The staff were superficially polite, but didn’t seem to really care about you. House keeping was unpredictable. They were very rigid with their policies to the level of coming across as rude. Besides the location, which was phenomenal, this was truly a disappointing experience.

Excellent location. Surrounded by restaurant, bars, shopping etc. Tiny room and bathroom. The size was a bit inconvenient but it worked for us because we used the room only to sleep in.  A lot of the staff could not communicate efficiently in English. Google translate saved the day!

The location is accessible to quite a few attractions and it is near the train station. The part is the street is crowded at times. It is near the shibuya crossing

Never ever had a hotel room with such a MINI bathroom ! Not recommended for large size persons !

excellent location, super convenient. 1-2 mins walking to shibuya station then we took train directly to Narita airport. room not too small price a bit higher so better to book in advance

Great location, easy self check in, happy with everything, clean and tidy

The room was very small and aged. Bedding was not very clean, some hair was found on the bed and under the pillow. The bathroom was very small. Quite noisy between rooms, u can hear upstairs and next door when someone was using the room. Location was perfect, it's the best part of this hotel!

The location was good for going to Shibuya main tourist attractions, but the room was so small that I couldn't even open my suitcase.
