Hard to communicate with the reception as they dont speak english

Everything is good except, the only part whereby the hotel is on centralised heater mode for my whole 4 nights stay with no portable fans(or any other alternative) provided. It’s quite humid and all you can do just rely on the window and natural winds. I would appreciate if the hotel could specifically state this at their site on the centralised aircond mode for our consideration. I personally feel is unsafe to leave the window open wide big at night if you are a female sole traveller, anyone could easily climb through and enter your room via that BIG sliding window.

It is easy to reach this hotel via Haneda Airport subway line. It is located close to Akihabara station, an excellent area for shopping. Friendly and attentive staff; small room but tidy and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The breakfast is delicious. A great value for money!

Hotel is good and convenient. Breakfast gets boring as it's the same thing everyday. Clean environment.

The hotel has a little distance from the station, but the room were nice and felt new. everything were so far so good.

When I went there, there was a very pretty lady at the front desk. We started talking in English. I was shocked that there were Japanese people who were so fluent in English. It was not until I took out my passport that the lady started speaking Chinese 😂 Chatted with the lady about Conan! Conan is awesome! Other service staff were also very good. There was nothing wrong with the Japanese service The room was very good, with everything available. The breakfast was a simple meal and filling Transportation was very convenient. There was a good Chinese restaurant nearby I will stay here again next time I come to Tokyo!

Excellent hotel. The room was clean, they cleaned it every day. We took a smoking room (we don't smoke ourselves, but there was no other option) there was no smell in the room. Polite and helpful staff.

Very satisfied with this hotel! It is only a 4-minute walk from Higashi-Nihonbashi Station, very convenient. There is a family mart next door. It is convenient for me to buy pudding for midnight snack. Although the room is small, it can be opened for two.

When: March 4-10, 2025 With whom / Where: Alone / Non-smoking double room I stayed here to watch the 2024 CAPCOM CUP XI at the Korea International Exhibition Center. It took 3 minutes to walk to Higashi Nihonbashi Station and 10-15 minutes to walk to the stadium. There is a large Family Mart right next door (there are various types of Chamisul fruit flavors), and a Lawson and 7-Eleven a little further away. There is also a coin laundry 3 minutes away. You can also take a train directly to Narita Airport from nearby Higashi Nihonbashi Station (about an hour). They clean every day (10:00-15:00), and if you put a "Don't disturb" sign on the door, they will leave towels and slippers on the doorknob. Amenities are on the first floor, and there are almost all kinds of products, from shower towels to razors, cleansers, etc. The staff are friendly and some of them can speak English! There were some reviews that said there was a smell coming from the bathroom, but that's not the case at all! I stayed in a double room alone, and it felt a little cramped for two people with luggage and moving around freely. The only downside is that there aren't many restaurants nearby that you can go to comfortably, but since Japanese convenience store food is delicious, you don't really have to go far, and if you walk a little or take the subway, you'll be in the heart of Tokyo, so there are many famous places. I stayed here for a whole week and it was really comfortable~ If I can come to the 2025 Capcom Cup next year, I plan on staying here!

The location is very close to JR, about 100 meters away, and Matsuya, Ippudo, and Coco are all nearby. The hotel room is relatively small, with average sound insulation, suitable for short-term stay for one person

This price is ok, there is a convenience store at the door, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, but the room may not open the large box, living alone is ok😇😇

This is a very convenient hotel, very close to the subway station. There are convenient subways everywhere. Some attractions can be reached on foot. Both airports have direct subway lines. Although the room is a bit small, the price is very reasonable.

It is a 3-minute walk to Higashi-Nihonbashi Station and an 8-minute walk to Asakusabashi Station. The location is very convenient. There is FamilyMart downstairs and a 7-11 opposite. Staff attitude is very good. The room is a bit small, but it doesn't matter, I'm just sleeping anyway
