Ulasan Sakura Ryokan Asakusa Iriya

Just an ordinary ryokan for a short stay. Only 1 bathroom for all lady guests. 1 toilet on each floor. Not that many for a comfortable stay, but 1-2 nights should be ok. Good location. Still, very far from Shibuya, so it depends on your purposes. If you wanna hang out around Shibuya a lot - better book something in Kawasaki or Yokohama, it’s even faster than from Asakusa. But very close to Akihabara! And Asakusa itself has many nice spots to offer.

Decent location and there’s a nice common lounge with snacks, free snacks, drinks including coffee and tea. Honestly one of the best value for money hotels I’ve stayed at. Family room with futon beds room with private toilet, air con, cleaned everyday. slippers where provided at the door with a locker for your outdoor footwear. The area was absolutely incredible, Ueno station just around the corner, multiple shops, Asakusa and the Skytree also walking distance. You’re close enough to everything without having to deal with the huddle and bustle of the city life. The staff spoke English and are super touristy friendly. Will definitely be back again my next visit! Also I received a gift upon check out too! Thank you very much to all the staff!

The toilet is in the style of a public WC, with a toilet and a urinal... There are also two sinks and a small laundry sink. The downside is that the hotel reception is on the 2nd floor, and you can only take the stairs from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. It is not close to the subway. Iriya Station is about 500 meters away, and Asakusa Station seems to be 2km. When I came, I dragged my suitcase and walked from Uguisudani. It didn't look far on the map, but it was really tiring to walk. The hotel does not have breakfast, but there is a convenience store downstairs

The room adopts a traditional tatami design, which is very comfortable and clean, and is spacious for single or double occupancy. The sound insulation effect is good, and there is air conditioning, TV and wardrobe in the room, but there is only one charging plug. In addition, the room also provides Japanese yukata to wear as pajamas in the hotel to enhance the Japanese-style stay experience. The bathroom is separate for men and women. It is located on the first and second floors. It adopts a typical Japanese design and is equipped with a dressing room, shower room and bathtub. You can fully experience Japanese bathing culture. There are also self-service laundry facilities on the ground floor. In general, Sakura Inn is a very unique Japanese-style B&B with a comfortable overall environment, considerate service, and high cost performance. It is highly recommended to travelers who like Japanese life experience.

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself!

The location is not far from Iriya Station, but it is not located next to the main road, so it is a bit difficult to find. There will be no noisy traffic at night. Even if it is a busy area, it is very convenient to walk to Hanaya Playground. There is a shared bathroom.

The room is tatami, very nice, Japanese style, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's 4 minutes away from the subway station. Very clean, you need to change into slippers when entering the hotel. highly recommended.

The small hotel is very warm and has a family-like feel. Many foreigners stay there. There is a small public bathhouse. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean. I come back and wash myself when I'm tired every day. It's very comfortable.

The overall style is Japanese, but the bedding in the room is a bit damp, the TV is very small, and the channels available are limited. It is estimated that it is also paid. The hotel is about 13 minutes away from Sensoji Temple. It is very convenient to enter from the back door of Sensoji Temple. Sensoji Temple is well protected, small and exquisite, and worth a visit.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but at this price it can sleep six people, and the location is good. It's close to the Skytree and you can walk to Kaminarimon Gate and stroll along the shopping street.
