Customer service was perfect, the hosts were friendly and the futons were comfortable. The onsen was unfortunately too hot for my liking.

A small but cozy place, warm-hearted staff, they can help to call taxi. Nice open-air spring bath. Easy walk to the temple.

溫泉池有點細小，其他都非常ok

컨셉등의 숙소 전반적인 완성도가 매우 높은 편입니다 위치 훌륭, 인테리어 깔끔, 직원분들 서비스 최고, 조식도 맛있고 (간이 세지않아 크게 호불호없을 맛) 료칸도 굳 가격이 다소 비싸다고 느껴질수있으나 직접 가서 묵어보니 아깝다는 생각은 전혀 안들었습니다

Saya membuat reservasi karena saya sangat ingin mengunjungi ryokan, dan saya sangat puas. Staf sangat ramah dan akomodasi sangat bersih dan nyaman. Saya sangat puas bisa mencoba yukata dan menikmati pemandian terbuka. Lokasi akomodasi dekat dengan Jalan Hopi, jadi ini juga bagus.

Tinggal di sini untuk ulang tahun pacar saya. Suasana kamarnya sangat bagus, jadi saya memutuskan untuk menginap di penginapan ini. Kamar dan kamar mandi terbuka sangat bagus dan terbaik! Sedangkan untuk pemandian terbuka, buka di pagi hari, jadi senang bisa menggunakannya! Namun, karena hotel ini didasarkan pada konsep yang luar biasa, tidak ada jam, televisi, atau lemari es, yang bahkan lebih baik untuk kami! Namun, saya ingin minum alkohol di kamar saya, jadi saya ingin lemari es meskipun tidak terlihat.

The ryokan is a lovely place to stay. Our hosts were so nice and even recomended places to visit based on our likes. They also have a private onsen you can book once you check in to relax in. Highly recommend if you are looking for a traditional Japanese experience.

The staffs are amazing and so welcoming, making people feel at home. The onsen is a wonderful way to relax after a long day touring around Tokyo.

Very friendly staffs, we arrived late almost 7 pm and the staffs waiting for us very attentive. Also early check out with early breakfast ,

My partner and I had an amazing time at Cya****su. I’ll give a 100/10 to all the hosts we met (Minato, Taiga, Yoko Ono, etc…) I’ll definitely stop by there my next visit in Tokyo. Thank you so much!!!

If you go to Japan, why stay in a western chain hotel? Even in Tokyo, you can stay experience an authentic ryokan with a furo bath and tatami matted rooms. Cya****su Ryokan Asakusa is an amazing gem in a small neighborhood, conveniently located just a few blocks from the Sensou-ji Temple in Asakusa. Its a short distance to the river if you want a morning jog or afternoon walk. Did I mention we were able to walk to the Tokyo Sky tree for lunch in just 25 min? When we arrived, the staff greated us like we were long-lost relatives and made us feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The staff genuinely nice and very helpful. The rooms are 'cozy', but quiet and very peaceful. Our room had an outdoor bath which added to the serene experience. The staff helped us with dinner reservations on the river, which was a real treat. There's also a renoun matcha ice cream and drink shop just a block away. I'd highly recommend staying here if you want a more authentic experience and don't mind sleeping on traditional (but comfy) futons. If we return to Asakusa, we'll definitely stay here again.
