The hotel is very near Ueno station. The location is great for us as we planned to travel in-city and across city. Ueno is a perfect station for us. May be a bit long walk in the station we we didnt mind walkkng. Staff was friendly. There is a laundry room that we could use which was very convenient.

Total stay 5 nights. No much complaints. Only the room is small as hv 2 big luggages. The walking distance from metro station to hotel is more than 10 minutes.

Goodnlocation near Ueno station. Our room had big space and big beds. A staff at reception was very helpful to us, he helped us to call loss and found at Skyliner station and suggested us to loss and found at Ueno station to find our lost passport, and finally we found the passport. Very impressive service!

The room had a weird smell that couldnโ€™t get rid of even if the air purifier was on almost 24/7. The room is also very old school, the card does not need to be inserted to activate power usage, cannot connect airplay/cast screen to TV, etc. But overall, it was okay for the price.

Good location. Just a short walk from UENO JR station. Clean nice and friendly staff. There is a also a huge 7/11 next to the hotel

the room pretty small though but if u just need a place to rest and put your stuff it not bad. they provided shampoo,conditioner,soap too! they also have washing machine or else behind the hotel also have that coin service. near station & many food around too theres also some hidden cafe behind it ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘€

Convenient Location, just a few minutes walk from the Ueno Station. The staffs are very friendly, the rooms are small though.
